Stayed here as it was an offer via the Royal Albert Hall when I booked to see David Gilmour. It was a 10 min walk to there from the hotel and 15 min walk from South Kensington tube station. Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. Room was a cosy double but was comfortable. We had breakfast the following morning. A huge shout out to Nimfa. She made sure I had lots of gluten free options and even making sure I had soya milk. She was so lovely and the rest of the staff. They worked so hard.

We recently stayed at 100 Queen's Gate Hotel with a tour group for two nights. Our room was rather small, but very comfortable and was decorated nicely. We were not in our room much, so the size wasn't a factor at all. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We only had an afternoon of free time to explore London and were unsure what to do. The concierge Sallad was VERY helpful. He gave us suggestions on how to get around. Stayed late and booked the Hop On Hop Off bus for us. Made sure we knew where to board the bus from our last group visit and where to get off to get back to the hotel easily. He even pulled a picture of the stop up on his computer so we had a visual. We were so grateful for his help. On our return from this excursion, he asked us how it went and offered suggestions for our dinner meal that night. Thank you Sallad for making our short stay in London enjoyable.

Hotel is quirky, nice comfortable rooms, a lovely bar area and a great location for the museums, Royal Albert Hall and access to the London Underground. The in-room amenities were also good. ||Due to the small size of the hotel you may not have any luck with checking in before time but the staff are all very friendly and kind. As a solo traveller I felt looked out for and looked after by every staff member I met. I wish I had all your names but particular thanks to Nimfa, Pizamfik (sorry if I wrote your name incorrectly) and Durgesh.

The Congiere staff, room service, and location warrant five stars, but all else (beyond the obvious aesthetic of the place) truly disappointed. I had a level of expectation for a Hilton, as well as one with generally good reviews, but those were dashed quickly. We were assigned a first floor room and upon entering, found it to be dirty (i.e. bathroom mirror splatter, used towels on the floor, water bottle on the floor) and soon thereafter detected a very clear musty smell. Hoping for the best, we opened the window (despite lack of screen) and went out for a bit. The smell was far more intense upon our return, and my allergic response went into full gear. When we told the hotel staff, they seemed to know this could be a problem and mentioned using an Ozone machine. What the heck We lugged our bags to another location despite it not having our requested twin set up. That room had a filthy shower but I was so exhausted at that point (having traveled from the US that day) that I wiped things down myself and tried to sleep. This was when I could clearly hear the man in the next room--and then heard him vomiting. The walls seemed paper thin! We eventually moved AGAIN--this time to a slightly better appointed room, but found the same issue with the walls, as we then heard our neighbor coughing for 3 straight nights. We also again found a used towel in the bathrooms, which reinforced hygiene concerns. We also heard music (apparently from the lobby, when I called down) beginning at 4 am. I didn't love how small the first two rooms were. However, the deal breakers for me were the lack of cleanliness/attention to detail and the very clearly lacking between-rooms sound buffer. It's a well decorated, well located hotel with some lovely staff, but I wasn't able to enjoy it and wouldn't come back.

Please don’t stay here! It will ruin your trip to London. It’s been almost a year since my visit and I’m still haunted by the two nights of hell spent here. The first night I arrived, I received a room that was under a staircase and the size of a closet. It also smelled smoky and didn’t have a real window. The bed felt like I was laying on top of concrete. I complained and the sweetest man from housekeeping did his best to help improve the mattress. I tried falling asleep but kept rolling over in pain from the hard mattress. I asked for another room and was told they didn’t have any available. I called Hilton customer service and they had the hotel night manager contact me. He yelled at me in the lobby and told me Hilton has hard beds. After calling customer service and Amex travel to report the night manager, the next day I was moved to a new room with a real window, another hard bed, and an outdated bathroom. I have never been so happy to leave a hotel. The hotel is an overpriced dump. Please avoid and stay anywhere but here.

As a Hilton honours gold member I like to try different Hilton hotel to stay how they compare to my usual. I found this hotel small but very welcoming. Rosie at the front desk was a pleasure and made my stay very pleasant. The bar staff at ESQ were also very good. The only downside is how small the cozy atrium rooms are and they get almost no sunlight; I will make sure to pick a different room if I come here again.

Great stay, with wonderful Hilton Honors recognition. Was upgraded to a suite, complete with a free minibar, which was available a bit before the normal 3pm check in time. Staff were great and helped with everything. Breakfast was quite good as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the 100 queens gate hotel , and it was an absolute delight. From the moment We stepped through the door, I was impressed. The decor throughout the hotel was beautiful, creating a truly luxurious atmosphere.

The staff were exceptional – friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. They made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

Our room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the amenities were top-notch.

The afternoon tea in the Botanic room was a highlight. Not only was the selection delicious, but the room itself was stunning.

For those who enjoy a nightcap, the ESQ bar offered fantastic cocktails. Breakfast also impressed with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Overall, our stay was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.
