I recently visited 1066 sandwich shop, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! The variety of sandwiches they offer is impressive, with fresh ingredients and unique flavor combinations that really stand out. I tried the bacon egg sausage tomato and it was perfect with generous portions and freshly baked bread

The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure my order was just right. The atmosphere is cozy, making it a great spot to grab a quick bite or relax for a while. Plus, their prices are very reasonable for the quality of food you get.

Overall, I highly recommend 1066 for anyone looking for delicious sandwiches and great service. I can't wait to go back and try more from their menu!

Nice food and drinks as bought previously but would be better when ordering a take out that the hot drink made at same time. Left my bacon sandwich in store today as stood waiting for what seemed forever for my drink. Staff busy talking to themselves and not connecting to the customer. Slap dash customer service when you’re not seen. Well actually I was seen but nobody bothered to ask why I was stood in front of the counter waiting for my drink I didn’t get. A waste of £13.00!

Consistently brilliant Americano coffee with whole milk, everything else nice ,good parking available, and the Mas bar millionaire shortbread cake was 1,000,000 miles ahead of anybody of anybody else’s.
It’s called 1066 because of the row of shops is named Hastings , personally I would’ve been tempted to call it Ted’s , but then you have to watch TV to understand that.

We visited the 1066 Deli Bakery for the first time and I can honestly say I am impressed. Inside the store there are a variety of edible goods for sale ie, vegetables, fruit, biscuits, pop all Yorkshire products. At the back of the shop is the deli/bakery which offers a competitive menu of hot and cold sandwiches, jacket potatoes, tea, coffee etc. with a special's menu. The bakery has a wide selection of homemade cakes all at reasonable prices, friendly welcoming staff and no long waiting times.
