This was our first time staying at a guest house, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience! From the warm and welcoming shared lounge to the comforting home-cooked breakfast, everything felt wonderfully inviting. Our family particularly appreciated the spacious family room ( 2 bedrooms and 1 bath).||What We Loved:|The room was spotless, with plenty of fresh towels provided.|The cozy front sitting room was a perfect spot to relax and watch the world go by.|The location was excellent, with an easy walk into town.|Bus stop right out front.|Christmas mince pies were a nice touch in the shared lounge.|The cooked breakfast was lovely and big. Thank you to the lovely ladies who prepared a lovely and quick breakfast.||What Could Be Improved:|Unfortunately, the TV went down due to a storm, but we understand this was beyond anyone’s control.|Providing hair conditioner would be a welcome addition.||Overall, our stay was delightful, and we would happily recommend this guest house to others!

2 night stay. Hugely impressed. Warm welcome. Place is spotlessly clean. Rooms are individually furnished. Lovely breakfast. Would not consider anywhere else when in Bath. Location excellent, 10 minutes walk from centre. Altogether pleasant experience

GREAT find; fantastic service from Monika , very friendly , helpful & easy check in. Room not massive but exceptionally clean & comfortable- great value for money.
Lovely fresh breakfast cooked by Monika , very generous portion sizes!
This guesthouse is in a brilliant location, walkable to the main town and a massive council run open aired car park at the rear , cheap to park £19 for 24hrs (this is very good value for its location).
I will definitely return when next visiting Bath

Room not quite ready when we arrived , we were given a cup of coffee also there was a plate of mince pies in the lounge area. Staff were lovely, we were in room 5 a lovely room with unsuite .Bed was firm but comfortable, pillows were fabulous your head just sank in them. The central heating was on during the night , it was just so hot in there. Breakfast served between 8.30-9.30. Buffet with plenty of choice cereals, yogurt, berries, croissants and cakes. Also you could then have cooked breakfast, English or there was salmon and scrambled egg also toast and tea or coffee. All cooked beautiful. Check out time 11 am which is far better than the usual 10am. Overall a lovely stay.

Large clean rooms. Check in process was a bit of a struggle but the owner got us squared away. He was very nice. Room was spacious. Largest bathroom of the trip. Great location.

Greeted by the lovely Monica. Guest house was airy and clean. We had the room on the top floor, like a loft conversion. Two single beds, lots of windows, beautifully furnished, en suite shower room with hand wash, shower gel and shampoo included (which I will be looking to buy myself!). Huge breakfast included which was delicious and cooked also by Monica in the kitchen diner on lower ground floor. Bright, airy and very clean. Continental breakfast also available as a buffet. Extremely pleasant stay and very convenient for the town centre. Parking also available in public car park 5 min walk behind guest house.

Beautiful, large room. Amazing bed and quality bedding. Greeted on arrival by Monika who is an absolute asset. She provided a map, places to go, places to eat, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast in the dining room where the kitchen was and you could see breakfast being freshly prepared. An amazing choice of food on offer. Again Monika was so attentive and always smiling. Nothing was too much trouble. Great location with less than a 10 minute walk to the very centre. The road looked busy but the double glazing worked wonders. Convenient car park directly behind. Just cross the road and can walk along the river in either direction. This is a great find and would highly recommend to stay here. Definitely coming back again. Monika was just lovely
