We stayed in the Thomas Kemp Suite for a week in June 2025.
From start to finish we enjoyed the flexibility of being able to chill out in the lounge and being able to have the outside space to sit and have a drink in the evenings.
The suite is exactly as it is shown in the pictures , clean, comfortable and 10 minutes walk from
The hospital.
From booking to checking out, nothing was too much trouble ,it was great to be able to purchase parking permits in advance and be left at the suite for check in.
Would definitely stay again , thank you .

Located a short walk away from the beach and many tourist’s attractions like the Lanes and the Royal Pavilion, you can be close to the livelihood of Brighton and still have your quiet moments. Many restaurants and cozy cafés are just a street over.|The room was comfortable, lovely and had everything I needed. The host is super kind and always easy to reach if anything is needed. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Brighton in the future.

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights in the compact double room. I really liked the decor and the atmosphere of the guesthouse, you can see the sea from the doorstep. Although the room we had was small, it was very well laid out, especially the bathroom. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. |Antony is a brilliant host, he gave us tips on which pubs to visit in the area and was very welcoming. The guesthouse is within walking distance to the Brighton Dome where we were attending a gig, and countless bars and restaurants are nearby. We really enjoyed our stay in Brighton and wouldn’t hesitate to return to the guesthouse.

Just arrived home from a beautiful anniversary break. From arrival Antony was so helpful. Our room was beautiful, the decor was fantastic, clean , comfy bed , water in fridge coffee and tea facilities in our room . Even thou on the main road, we couldn’t hear any traffic noise. Breakfast was lovely, Antony’s scrambled eggs!!! Are delicious…… will definitely come back Antony xxxx thank you for your great hospitality. Jane and sam

We stayed 2 nights and will return again. Definitely recommend.||Antony was a thoughtful and friendly host, breakfast was very tasty. I appreciated that I was able to have soya yoghurt. Loved the view of the sea in the sunny window seat. ||The room itself was stylishly decorated with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was small but well set out

2 night stay here, room very small for a couple, but everything you need, met Anthony at the door after ringing bell on a couple of occasions, he finally opened the door, very pleasant, but didn't see him after that day, on checking out our room, found that toilet was dirty , not been cleaned, rang Anthony to explain was very apologetic, recieved one day free breakfast for this, breakfast not great, fruit, yoghurt, then bacon and eggs, no veggie breakfast available. Guesthouse is a good location for beach front and the town, parking available sometimes at £25 for 2 days.

27 Brighton is a most charming guesthouse in the heart of Brighton, close to all the main attractions like “the lanes” and just a stones throw from the sea. We were met warmly by our host Antony who couldn’t be more helpful and quickly organised our parking for us, at a very reasonable rate. This can be quite stressful, difficult and expensive as many would know and agree with. When visiting again, 27 will be our stopover of choice! Thanks again Anthony, and keep up the good work.

The room was not big, but it was really cozy and clean. It had everything you need, including coffee machine and fresh milk. The place was quiet and in a good location, close to the seafront and a short walk to the center and the Lanes. Really nice and friendly hosts. The breakfast was great and fresh.
