Came here years ago and it is still as lovely. Super friendly welcome makes you feel instantly at home. Beds/pillows are really comfy. Everything really good quality and everything you could want provided. Great attention to detail. The home made cakes in the afternoons are a real treat. My only niggle (and it certainly wouldn't stop me from staying again!) was that no decaffeinated coffee was provided after I mentioned that I only drank that, so we had to provide our own which was a shame. An oversight perhaps. Nevertheless, everything else about our stay was perfect.

A lovely place to stay in Norwich - my room was comfortable, tasteful and spotless. The building itself could hardly be more central and is in a quant and historic part of town. Morag was very welcoming. I would high recommend 3 Princess Street.

Thanks to Morag for a wonderful stay at her beautiful B&B in an ideal location in Norwich. A perfect host! We stayed as a family of 5 across 2 rooms. Rooms were spotless and there is everything you need including a little kitchen to prepare snacks and a stocked fridge. The continental breakfast each morning was delicious but the real treat was the afternoon snack waiting for us each day that our boys looked forward to so much. Look forward to coming back soon!

We love Norwich but always struggle to find somewhere good to stay. No longer! Morag has created a haven of gorgeousness in the heart of the city. She has impeccable taste and everything from the bed linen to the delightful breakfast trays to the homemade cakes or biscuits that magically appear in the afternoons, are all fabulous. And her welcome is so warm.

3 Princes Street is situated in a perfect quiet location only minutes from the cathedral, castle and main shopping area. The house is beautifully furnished in a predominantly Scandinavian style. We stayed in the family room which was well-equipped and very comfortable. There was little to no road noise and the beds were large and comfortable. The owner, Morag, was friendly and welcoming and was really the perfect host. The continental breakfast was substantial and delicious.

This B&B is a real gem. Convenient location, walking distance to the shops, market and restaurants. We parked at nearby St Andrews car park, a short walk away. Gorgeous, spacious interior – total luxury. Morag is a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome in her home. We stayed in the Magnolia Tree room, which was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast featured warm croissants and berries prepared specifically for us at our chosen time to enjoy in our room. The whole building is impeccable and beautifully furnished.

Morag's beautiful home is a real tonic. She and her family have created something stylish and elegant, with everything - for this traveller - so very well judged. To be so central and yet so quiet was such a welcome surprise, and I loved breakfast in bed (super comfortable) overlooking the church (freshly squeezed orange juice a particular treat). Having the small kitchen area for guests (again so tastefully equipped) meant it was easy to relax and come and go as I pleased. Delicious homemade cakes at tea-time too. Morag couldn't have been more helpful with advice for getting me where I needed to go. I can't recommend 3 Princes highly enough.

We stayed here the night after our wedding in Norwich which couldn’t have been more perfect. We stayed in the Copus Cloud double room which overlooks St Andrews and Blackfriars Hall which, in the morning, was steeped in the crisp February sunlight. Taking our breakfast tray to our room (which my husband was skeptical about at first) couldn’t have been more perfect because we shared our first breakfast as a couple in our own company, away from anyone else. The breakfast and quality of the food was second to none. ||||Whether you are after a romantic get away or a place to spend the morning after your marriage, I could not recommend this place enough. It really is very, very special.
