Wow this was the best vegan makhani I have ever tasted! In fact everything from the popodoms to the samosas were incredible. Everything was cooked from scratch. This is my new favourite restaurant hands down.

3 of us had a lovely lunch. Sitting outside, sunny but not too hot! Lovely sheltered spot! Akee and saltfish samosa- what an explosion of taste! Amazing and so well presented! Then the Dahl was delicious! Thoroughly recommend!

I have eaten several times at 3 Souls in a Bowl and found their range of food superb. Using recipes from their family, a luxuriant Butter Chicken to Spiced Fish with Masala Chips to Vegan dishes. They were able to cater for a party of over 80 people for me and everyone was very happy with portion size and the level of spice in their food. They are truly a great addition to St. Andrew’s Mews in Hastings.

A hidden gem in Hastings!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

I have been a couple times and I’ve loved every meal here, the food is always 10/10! The ackee and saltfish samosas are a must try!! 😍

Service - Amazing.

The atmosphere and the staff will make you feel so welcome. The owner Raj, Carly and the family honestly couldn’t have been any more attentive. They were so friendly and you can tell how passionate they are about hospitality and how much love they put into the food and what they do.

I’m glad I found this place - highly highly recommend a visit!!
