My wife booked us in for the morning spa session and a full body massage on the 26/10. I didn’t get the two ladies names who were serving and did the massage but it was a great experience all round. As I have been suffering with panic attacks and not been out of the house for a month it was a great relaxing environment. Will defo go again

This was my second time dining at 315 bar, my first time was an anniversary meal, and recently for my mums 60th birthday. This is such a nice venue for special occasions and date night. The food and staff are lovely, and not overpriced. I will definitely be back.

We had an amazing day here for my sisters wedding.
The staff were great, super helpful!
The pull out beds weren't great, with the dip in the middle it was definitely the closest I've been to my mum in a long time ?
Breakfast was a little on the small side tbh. But the food at the wedding was fab! Very nice!
The hotel was lovely. Done up fab for the big day! Thank you!

Afternoon tea. There was a small cup of soup with a very small thin wafer. The food consisted of 2 chicken coronation wraps. 2 finger size prawn and smoked salmon, 2 finger size cheese with some kind of spread 1 finger size cheese with ham. Several 6 very small 50p piece size cakes and 2 defrosted small scones that crumbled with jam and cream. Overall it was very very poor. I go on afternoon teas with friends and this was pretty poor. Both in size and quality. No effort was made as usually scones are homemade and fresh these were definitely supermarket bought that had been frozen. With 1 tea and 1 coffee. So all in all very poor for the money and definitely not worth it.

Food was amazing but staff were rude and made us feel uncomfortable. We were made to feel like an imposition for not making a booking (we were happy to leave if the restaurant was full) before finally being seated in a practically empty dining room. Staff were all very dismissive and rude, I saw our table being specially pointed at and whispered about. Myself and my partner have both worked restaurant jobs and know how some customers can be, we always make an effort to be understanding and kind - that effort was wasted here. We aren’t sure if it’s because we’re two young women and potentially looked out of place (though we weren’t exactly wearing joggers) but we definitely won’t be returning. The food was lovely though so it’s a shame we can’t go back and try more of it.

I received a gift voucher for my birthday so booked in for a back and shoulder massage, plus use of the spa facilities.||What a lovely afternoon, spent time relaxing in the pool and sauna areas, followed by an amazing massage. ||Will definitely book again.

Food was great but no hot water in the morning due to a fire alarm the night before and the boiler wasn’t turned on again!!!! Sheets although clean had a black mark on it? Was told it was a permanent mark!!! Coffee cups not cleaned or changed. No refund either

I've visited 315 on two totally different occasions and both were 1st class experiences. The 1st visit was an overnight stay, the room was well presented, clean and comfortable. The 2nd, dinner for two, excellent table service, the food was delicious, well presented and timeous. The staff were efficient, pleasant and polite. Definitely a place I would recommend and return to.
