I stayed in this lovely BnB for a few nights with friends. It’s in a fantastic location, less than 5 minutes walk to local stores and pubs, and 10 minutes from the train station. Burntisland is a gorgeous town with fantastic views, right by the coast and has easy access via train to Edinburgh. The rooms were just what we were after - clean, tidy, spacious and comfy! The hostess was a dream and breakfast was delicious - we couldn’t have asked for more! Highly recommend!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa's BnB. The house has a lovely feel to it - both modern and characterful with great views. A warm welcome, great breakfast and having parking was really useful - we explored the area by car, including going into Edinburgh for a day (a 30-40 min journey), but going by train was also an option. Thank you Lisa, we'll be back!

Stayed here recently with my husband just because we love Burntisland! 39c couldn’t be more central and the hostess more charming. And what a great breakfast, freshly cooked to order. The room was super clean and really lovely with a spotless en suite. Wish we had been here in the summer time as the garden looks really beautiful but we will be back. Thanks for everything Lisa.

Myself, my sister and my grandfather stayed here while visiting family for New Years. The rooms are very comfortable and clean with plenty of tea and coffee provided. Our host (Lisa) was very welcoming and provided us with an excellent cooked breakfast every morning of our stay (including on New Year’s Day), with plenty of options available. The location is very good as it is only a short walk away from the seafront. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the local area.

What a find! We had walked from North Queensferry and were delighted by the clean, comfortable, well-appointed ensuite room and charmed by our hosts, Lisa and her husband. Breakfast was outstanding - truly home cooked with the fresh, tasty ingredients. The garden was lovely, too. We hope to return soon.

Stayed at 39c B &B and the service from Lisa was excellent , nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are lovely, clean , comfortable beds and also many added features . Well positioned and it is not far to walk to the local facilities but no traffic noise.||Would definitely stay there again when travelling through Scotland.

Stayed for three nights in August during Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Gorgeous and spacious accommodation in a really beautiful setting in Burntisland. Amazing view of Edinburgh from the town which is only a short (30-40 minute) train journey away. Would recommend!

At 39C, after the most challenging day of our cycle trip, the SOWS (Sisters on Wheels) found Paradise...39C is the epitome of comfort and cleanliness. Lisa provided a utility room with all the means for me to get rid of the oil and grime of the day, and a beautiful spacious twin en-suite room with heavenly armchairs to soothe our weary saddle-sore bottoms. Scrambled eggs to die for in the morning and off we pedalled towards Edinburgh, refreshed and revived. Thanks Lisa. You run a wonderful BnB. Love from the SOWS xx
