Nancy managed to turn a nail biter like me into a proper princess 👸, and my eyebrow have never been more amazing since she is been looking after them them. When customers comes out after a back massage they look so pleased and relaxed , it is unbelievable. Nancy works really long hours so if you are a busy person she will accommodated you even after 8pm.Nobody will give you the same treatment in all Sussex. Best beauticians ever.

I was visiting family in Worthing and needed a set of acrylics taken off. Nancy did a fantastic job, she was clearly knowledgable about what she does, was very gentle, took her time (scraping off not drilling off, which I much prefer). Very personable, I felt very comfortable and she really took care of my nail beds after removal.

Will definitely be coming back next time I want a manicure done.

Got a Mani, pedi, wax, lash lift and eyebrow threading done all in one sitting with Nancy. Nancy is the kindest and sweetest woman to ever do my nails. She was very gentle and always made sure I was okay and comfortable with what she was doing. She did every treatment with professionalism and care. Would definitely recommend all her services ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hi Nancy,

I wanted to take a moment to share my side of what happened with the appointments on the 20th. I had booked everything with your salon weeks in advance to ensure I’d be ready for my brother’s wedding and I'm leavingthe country on the 22nd — something I also mentioned to you earlier.

My appointment was confirmed from 11:00 AM for four services: gel nail polish at 11:00, eyebrows at 12:00, lashes at 12:30, and the rest afterward. I was never informed that I should come in earlier, and your salon’s normal opening time is 9:00 AM — which isn’t something I would assume affected my booking time.

You called me at 10:25 saying you were waiting. I apologized and told you I was getting ready and would arrive as soon as possible. You then cancelled the entire set of appointments. That was already upsetting, but I rushed over hoping at least to do brows and lashes — only to find the salon closed and no one there, despite it being just a few minutes away from your home. When I called, you told me you had cancelled everything and couldn’t come back.

I was left very disappointed and in a tight spot, especially with the next day being a bank holiday and very few salons open. I had very little time left before my early morning travel on the 22nd. I ended up calling multiple places and was lucky enough to find someone to help me with lashes, brows, and nails on the 21st.

I understand things can get busy, but I would have appreciated more communication and consideration, especially knowing the importance of this occasion for me. I hope this feedback helps going forward, and I still respect your work — but this experience was genuinely stressful and disheartening.

I wouldn't waste your money here!!!
I came here for some nails for new years eve, I'm a licensed nail tech myself for 2 a half years, so I wanted to be pampered for a change as I was down south seeing family. We seemed to get along at the beginning but when she started applying the plastic tips on I should've left them but I was like no I should give her a chance cuz I know how it feels.
After applying the acrylic and filing them. I noticed on the side of the nails she had not filed/shaped them right I told her 2 times to correct it she sort of did, she then was getting ready to paint them, I then had to say I'm sorry could we please stop here I'm not happy with them, I will pay for the set but I'm not paying or continuing with this service she looked so confused, she said whats wrong. What's wrong with them? I then said to her they are lumpy, all different lengths and as u can tell from the first image my nails were like that on all them. I shouldn't of even paid for them they were that bad.
To the owner. Please don't come back with a snarky response saying I'm wrong blah blah blah, the only thing I've got to say to you, do more courses on shaping, applying acrylic nails. Trust me you need it.

My nails were awful, they were different lengths, uneven, clumpy and patchy. Really upset as these were my nails for holiday, had to go and pay to have them taken off and redone somewhere else. Wouldn’t recommend.
