My family and I booked all three rooms of this wonderful B&B. It had everything we needed and was incredibly comfortable. Lizzie, or host, cooked a wonderful full English in the morning with plenty of coffee and extra rounds of toast. Lola the resident dog was an added bonus.
This was the perfect location for the wedding redemption we attended at Farbridge.

Absolutely lovely place to stay.
Perfect little getaway. Our host was such a delight. Lovely lady who made sure we had a relaxing stay and really looked after us. Would definitely be booking this place up again on future visits

Visited for a local wedding, stayed for one night. Very welcoming and accommodating. Lovely B&B to stay at. The owner Lizzie even gave me a lift to the venue when the taxi let me down!

Lizzy is a lovely host of this quite charming b+b , our room was fair sized with a lovely en-suite and large shower, we had a cooked breakfast with coffee and oj in the morning which was cooked perfectly. We ate in the local pub called the fox goes free which is a must if your staying local .Very quiet location close to Goodwood racecourse and 10min from Chichester .

Lizzie was a warm and welcoming host. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was great. Lovely home cooked breakfast. Everything you could want from a b and b! Thank you Lizzie 🙂

We stayed from fri 8th July 2022 for 2 nights..my wife our dog and myself..we usually stay in a cottage but thought we'd try a b and b which is dog friendly. Our children booked it for us for my 50th so we wanted something special..and special we found. From first view the village of Charlton is absolutely beautiful..on the South Downs trail there is so much walking in beautiful countryside absolutely perfect for walkers and dog walkers as I am . Lizzie is a perfect host very friendly and makes a lovely breakfast. The accommodation is very comfortable and rooms spacious all with private bathrooms. A 5 minute walk and you're at a lovely country pub which has a lovely garden and very good food ..a lovely atmosphere awaits you but I would recommend that you book . So all in all I fully recommend this B and B for a very nice relaxing break away in a very beautiful part of the country..perfect for a quiet relaxed time away with your partner dog or just you .
