Absolutely loved my experience at 7 Days Spa! I had an incredible 4-hour massage that left me feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. The massage therapist was professional, attentive, and truly skilled. Customer service throughout my visit was excellent—everyone made me feel welcome and cared for. My first time coming to 7 day spa and I highly recommend it to anyone needing a massage to relax and release tension. My session was with patty and she was very sweet. She constantly reassured me that I was okay. I had very tight muscle’s which caused alot of tension, thanks to Patty, I feel much better. She has magic hands!

Patty is incredible, I first went to see her fur neck, back and shoulder massage after having a baby. She listened to where I was experiencing tightness and pain and worked In these areas. I felt so much better after the massage and gave been back to have a massage with Patty since. The whole experience is brilliant, the staff are so accommodating and the room is very relaxing. The worst massage and pedicure I have ever had.

I kept hoping the massage would get better, but the therapist was really terrible with her touch, at some points a bit 'slappy'.

The pedicure was awful, you can see in the pics the poor quality job and how short she cut my toe nails (my toe was actually bleeding after the technician hacked at my feet), it was painful during and for a few days after.

I believe this 'spa' to be a con, the reviews are nonsence. They make you pay before treatments, the front looks clean but the treatment rooms are disgusting, dirty tools and towels and weird smelling products. No one else was in there. And the whole place smelt like a chicken shop.

I asked for a refund, and after much argument they gave it to me for the pedi but not the massage.

I regularly get Thai massages and was excited to try 7 Day Spa after my usual place was fully booked last week. My first experience was great—I had a 45-minute massage with a therapist named B, who did a fantastic job. The massage was exactly what I needed, with just the right amount of pressure. Based on that experience, I decided to return today and booked a 60-minute session with a different therapist. Unfortunately, this time around, the experience was completely different—and not in a good way.

From the moment the massage began, it felt more like a light oil rub than a proper massage. The therapist simply poured oil over me and gently moved her hands over my skin, with almost no pressure at all. I tried to politely ask for more pressure, but she responded by telling me that she was tired because she had seen seven clients today. This was not only disappointing but also unprofessional.

While the receptionist at the front desk was very professional and helpful, today's experience was the worst massage I have ever received. I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived, which is the exact opposite of what a massage should do. What is more frustrating is that not only did this feel like a waste of £60, I feel like I was being pranked because of how bad this massage was. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning to 7 Day Spa.

This would have been a 1 star review, had it not been for the polite receptionist and my experience with B last week.

In conclusion, it seems to be hit or miss. What a shame.

I had a lovely visit at the 7 days spa Chapel Market, I had a Hollywood wax for my very first time and Anita the beautician made me fell very comfortable and secure.Anita then gave me a nice pedicure. My feet looks so nice and presentable,
I highly recommend this place especially if you need someone gentle and quick with Hollywood waxing.
