Perfect location for work rooms are basic several problems with small rooms , showers all seam to have maintenance issues but for work away bed for night. Slightly over priced for what you get but adequate

The dirtiest place I've ever seen. Really disgusting. I arrived late in the evening, took off my shoes and stepped in something sticky, it looked like some kind of oil. The carpet that was in the apartment was probably never washed, there were a lot of smudges on it. The sink was clogged and the water did not drain. Everything was so dirty that I was afraid to touch anything. Add to that the disgusting bed that you couldn't sleep on.

When I contacted the manager that the room was really dirty, instead of an apology, I got an accusation that I made the room dirty. Really "perfect" customer service. I do not recommend anyone to go here, that is, only the hygiene office, which I believe would close this place for good.

Was staying over on business. The room had everything you need, however there was a lot of wear and tear and the floors weren't properly clean (although I'm not sure that carpet will ever be clean). As I walked in a spider ran across the pillow, so not great. There was no toilet roll anywhere and the bed was basically all springs. If you're desperate, I guess this will do but honestly I wouldn't do it again.

There Hygiene at these. Appartments are non_Existent stayed the for 4days the linen was not changed for the 4 days nor we the towels. No Coffee tea or Sugar or milk supplied only 2 sachets of coffee supplied for the 4 day stay no cleaner see on site. Have never stayed in a more discussing Hotel in all my years traveling. Will no be Recommending this hotel to any of my friends or Work colleagues who travel to London for meetings every week

The oddly named 80 High Street Beckenham is a kind of hotel. There is no reception or communal areas or dinning room just some small but clean rooms. It is located as you might expect, at 80 High Street Beckenham. There are some scruffy stairs that lead between a cafe and a pizza place. The stairs had a disabled Stenna style chair lift which may have worked but it looked like it hadn't been used for years as the chair was wrapped badly in dusty plastic. ||Once you get your code to get through the front door you find your room by yourself as there are no visible staff anywhere. There is a number coded key safe outside your room so you will need tat code as well as the front door code. ||The rooms are clean enough but very small. They have a shower and toilette en suit and a mini kitchenette area with a micro wave oven and a toaster and a fridge and a sink. Great for a bit of self catering.||My room (12) was situated in a glass roofed atrium which had half a dozen rooms built in to rake in some extra cash from the space . It was so hot and stuffy that it made it almost impossible to sleep. There were some v-lux windows in my roof/ ceiling but they were four meters off the ground and so impossible to open. If you care about your customers add a cord system so that these windows can be opened or at least add a fan. It was unbearable. My advice to anyone thinking of staying here in the summer is DON'T. ||Another gripe I had was that there was no remote control for the TV which was very annoying. Also the WiFi signal was so weak that it was virtually useless. ||With a little bit of extra care this would be a fine basic place to stay. ||The plus side is that it was fairly clean. The location is on the high street and it was quite noisy at night with a very popular bar just outside the front. The kitchenette area is a nice thing to have if you don't want to eat in restaurants and having a fridge in the room was also a good bonus as I was guzzling chilled water to keep alive.||The tiny en-suit toilette shower room had a basin that had no water from the taps. That was not a big problem as there was a sink in the bedroom. The cupboard style plinth of the basin was built just a few inches from the toilette front of the toilette pan so unless you are an amputee then there is no where to put your legs when you sit down on the toilette. Simple solution is get rid of the plinth so your legs can go under the basin. ||Negatives...No bedside lamp, no bedside table, no AC, no fan, non opening windows, no TV remote, no leg room on the toilette, no running water in the basin, no parking, no reception,||Positives.... Fairly clean, clean sheets and comfortable bed (if you are not too hot), location for shops and other facilities, Fridge and microwave in room. ||The area is quite nice with plenty of bars and eating places near by which in the evening were lively but a bit too chavy for my liking. ||Parking on some side streets is free at night but you need to pay after 8:30 am.

Room not properly cleaned. Tiny room with little space. Had to phone twice to get the key code for entry, very poor customer service. Very convenient for the station but won't be staying again.

Stayed at this hotel because we went to a festival in Beckenham and it had everything we needed. We didn’t have a room booked through booking.com as there was an error and it was sorted out quickly and efficiently so good service. There is a fridge and everything you need in the room and the price is good for what you get.
