Diana was a great host and clearly takes pride in hosting guests in her B&B. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable, and the shower and bath were large and convenient. The entire residence is spotless and the garden was a pleasure. As an American woman visiting Petersfield/ Portsmouth areas, I loved the fact that the train station was just a few minutes walk. Easy parking out front for driving visitors. I would definitely stay here again.

I know Diana and her B&B since 2014. The Rushes Road B&B in Petersfield is a quiet, warm and friendly place. It is close to the train station and this was a big advantage for us, after a sunny but windy day, spent in London. ||The bedroom is not very large but it is enough space for two people. The living room is nice and you will find interesting objects in any corner. Diana is an excellent host. She is able to provide information and advice and she will gently improve your spoken English.

For us as Belgian tourists it was great to stay in a typical English B&B.||Diana is a fantastic host! It was a lovely room, the bathroom was great and the breakfast was very good. ||If we ever pass Petersfield again, we will definitely go back to Diana's B&B!

Diana was very welcoming and helpful when I visited in July. Her B&B is cosy, clean and comfortable, both bedroom and bathroom are spacious and her breakfast was delicious. Car parking is outside her house, or if travelling by train, a 5 minute walk to the station. I would definitely stay again when next in Petersfield.

This is a very good B & B, and excellent value. The room I had was comfortable, and both the bedroom and bathroom were spotless. The house is less than five minutes from the station which is most useful for those of us without a car.||||The owner, Diana Collins was very welcoming, and knowledgeable about the surrounding district. My breakfast was excellent, and set me up for a day's walking.||||All in all, my two day stay was pleasant and very good value indeed.

We heartily recommend this B&B and will definitely return. The whole establishment is exceedingly clean, the bathroom fresh and bright and the room itself airy and quiet with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with very nice extra touches such as fresh fruit and home made jam. We had booked for a longish stay of three nights, always a bit of a gamble when you choose a new place, but the welcoming, cheerful hostess and delightful surroundings fully rewarded our decision.

We stayed at Diana’s B&B for a wedding and she was an excellent host. Very welcoming, friendly and giving us a delicious breakfast in the morning. The house is very clean and comfortable and we’d really recommend it.
