Honestly for £100, I expect better. I could loudly hear the people walking in the room above mine to the extent that it woke me up. Bathroom was damp smelling and didn’t feel very clean. Dirty shower curtain. No handheld shower, just an overhead one. The sink tap fluctuates between very hot and cold even if you don’t touch it. Lamps in the room don’t work. Very dark rooms with no natural day light. Be prepared to be able to hear the planes, not a lot but it does happen. It’s okay for a quick stop but not more than 1 night.

Another great stay, using it when flying from Manchester Airport. Quick check in, friendly staff, clean room, adjoining restaurant have a limited menu now of what was before, but still enough, excellent breakfast, meal deal is £20.99. Car park free, but have to register at reception tablet, otherwise parking fine, cameras operated. Hotel doesn't have an aircon, but who need it in UK, floor standing fan provided, iced water at reception and cold beer at restaurant.

Room itself was okay, clean and practical however as others have said, it was very hot! We stayed end Oct and it was like an oven. They did provide a standing fan but we had to have windows wide open (security risk) just to get some sleep. Lady on reception was very grumpy when we checked in and was decidedly unhelpful when we tried to add breakfast to our booking! Breakfast is not a hot buffet as advertised, food is cooked to order so not unlimited! In fact on site restaurant was undergoing refurb or was mostly closed off areas so only very limited dinner menu but there is a TGI Friday next door to the hotel. Rooms are noisy as this hotel is very close to flight path. I’d book elsewhere.

The staff were supper kind and helpful. The location was fantastic. Beds were very comfortable and room was bigger than expected and quiet at night We had a very pleasant stay and we will come again.|Thank you for everything and see you soon 🙂

Always friendly staff, beware it is directly under flight path so you are going to hear planes.

Major changes planned so limited evening meals in table table next door looks like plans to knock down and rebuild in the future.

Great to stay if getting flight in the morning.

If it wasn’t for the incredibly comfortable bed I’d of forgotten I was at a Premier Inn. Worst Premier Inn I’ve ever stayed at. Ever. ||- I had not appreciated how close the hotel is to Manchester airport. You are under the flight path for take off and arrivals. The first floor shakes from the planes. |- hotel has no air con. Room was 22.5 and that’s an October evening. Given a fan that was so noisey |- little staff on |- unhelpful staff whose customer service skills are something to be questioned ||And that’s not even noting, that my room has little to no lighting working. All stop lights on ceiling out. I had bed lighting and bathroom lighting and a lamp. Surely a health and safety matter when you’ve got to get from the door all the way to the bed after 6pm in the pitch black. ||I had to put up with three nights at this hotel which was booked for business. Having complained 5 mins after checking in to be told nightly and each morning, “ongoing issue” in the room and “maintenance coming tomorrow”. They didn’t come and it was fully booked. I’d of thought a room would have been kept spare for anyone needed morning. ||I was finally given an additional lamp the last night and replies of “well the room wasn’t in complete darkness”. ||Quoted the “good night guarantee” which I was told “no longer a complaints process”||Never the less retuned exhausted and taking the complaint further

Incredibly noisy hotel. You can’t have the windows open owing to the aircraft noise - this hotel is underneath the flight path. Whist this is not anything in the hotels control, the noise of a fan (it’s not air con as there is none here) which sounds like a hair dryer or someone hoovering, is. This noise is continuous and meant we hardly slept. It comes from the ceiling above the door. |One of the 2 mugs in our room was unwashed and disgusting and so cleaning does not seem a high priority. The bathroom is very tired looking with lots of stains. |Would have mentioned all of the above when we checked out, but there was nobody about on the desk and after a few minutes we left as we had a long journey ahead of us. Not a Premier Inn I would go back to.

Amazing stay!|Great location, friendly staff, nothing is too much for all the team members I’ve met.|In general I had a really good stay and I probably would use this hotel again. There is a restaurant as well and you can enjoy breakfast and nice coffee.|Very close to the airport.
