Absolutely terrible service. Booked into PureSpa Cheadle online on 17th October and paid £79. Debited immediately from my card. I was on route to my treatment, only to be told that someone had walked in and taken my slot so to go home!

Promised a refund which, despite several emails and phone calls is yet to be completed.

When I call in to the advertised number, it's to a central office which has no ability to escalate this or transfer me to the right department. Shocking administration.

I am left with no option but to arrange a charge back though my credit card provider.

If I could give this company no stars, I would! Be careful when booking online with them guys.

I attended the spa for a spray tan late this evening, Gemma welcomed me in, she was professional, friendly and very informative. She went above and beyond. I will definitely be back again

Went with my wife as a treat for her birthday, we both had a 60 minute relaxing massage. The staff were brilliant explaining well, checking health etc. I may have relaxed enough to have let out a couple of snores . Very relaxing, calm and clean setting. Will go back.

Had a Christmas present gift voucher which I used for mixed package . Opted for a back scrub, back massage and Indian head massage. Amy was great , very friendly and very good massage . Felt very relaxed and floated out after session . Definitely will be re visiting soon .

Excellent experience. I was warmly greeted by the staff on arrival and taken quickly up for my treatment. The spa space is lovely, very calming. I felt very relaxed. My therapist, Amelia, was excellent and very intuitive. The treatment was incredibly thorough and deeply restorative. My back feels great now!
I used the health spa facilities after which were clean and didn’t feel too busy. The saunas and steam rooms were lovely, clean and hot. Loved the environment. I was very impressed and I will definitely recommend and visit again. Thank you!
