As my partner and i was only looking at the price list on the door a worker asked if he could help after responding with we are just looking he just husted us on to the shop and sat her down, despite been rough whilst doing the work he did was excellent.
The place it's self was extremely clean it's just the customer service that needs work.

Worst salon i’ve been too. Got my nails done Monday and two have already lifted and others have come loose. Nails are all wonky, lumpy, and all different lengths i pointed it out and he didn’t correct or improve them. I also went in with a reference photo and they look nothing like it. Also was not getting spoken to was just being mumbled at. Hygiene was also poor, scrapping the paintbrush against the desk and using the big fluffy brush on my hands then using it to clean every part of the table along with brushing powder residue off the floor with it. Washed my hands straight away before getting upset that i used my treat money for this poor quality service.

Very nice professional friendly people. It is the only place I go for my face doing in Crossgates. They do a really good job. I wouldn't have a problem recommend them to my friends.

I really like the Nail Techs here and can have a nice conversation but had the worst experience. This time I paid £40 for some love heart tips that were applied like normal tips just two dots and a sweep instead of pressing the nail down and was charged as if it was nail art. I have had nail art from the gentleman twice there and its not bad but not good nail art and I do not mind the nails, it never looks like the photo basically. This was without nails taken off aswell as I came in with natural nails.

The worse part about my experience was they were serving a drunk woman who was very unpleasant and her boyfriend came in drunk and they did not remove them from the salon. I understand the cost of living but to make other customers have to spend the relaxing time trying to ignore drunk chavs arguing and being unpleasant was awful. I was charged £40 with no apology or even voucher for next time when they wouldn't remove the drunk customer and it seemed like the drunk customer was a regular. Even if they turned me away when I walked in I would have been fine with if they are okay serving drunk people. I will be going elsewhere as this is not fair for customers to have to spend money on.

Absolutely amazing this is the best place for nails
