CC's recently made a cake in the shape of a Carp for our sons 21st birthday at short notice (1 week prior to us needing it). Not only was it spectacular it tasted amazing too. Our son did not want to cut it because how amazing and realistic it looked. We would not hesitate to recommend CC's for your birthday cakes - they are very professional and their products are reasonably priced.
