Lovely place to relax and the Staff Leah is kind and caring and answers any questions I have. She is excellent at what she does, booked for next time. are friendly too, good is good too

Excellent session, very informative and Ricky is really good at explaining things and advising how to do the different exercises.
Ricky's help since I started the gym has been a massive part of my weight loss and he gives me the motivation to carry on as he is so upbeat and obviously loves his job!
