Visited the van for the first time this evening as I saw that there are vegan options. I was going to have the burrito as I thought this might be the only option and assumed that the quesadillas couldn't be made dairy free, but the owner kindly let me know that they can also be made vegan! I decided on the quesadilla, as it's not something I've eaten in a long time. It was absolutely delicious, filling and the veggies were so fresh. Very impressed that the owner provides things like vegan mayo and cheese! Will definitely be back!

Gareth kindly came to my workplace to host our staff lunchtime event. Not only was the food excellent, but so was the service. There were smiles all around 🙂 I could not recommend Gareth more.
