Sandy is the most wonderful cook and her personality and love of providing delicious healthy food shines on the plate. She cooked for us at a retreat I recently attended and everyone there was delighted by her use of flavours and ability to create the most delicious vegetarian and vegan feasts.

I went to a yoga retreat at Eden Rise last week and Im writing to say that pur experience was much enhanced by the delicious meals prepared and served by Dartmoorlarder.co.uk

Every meal was good, but special mention must be made of the homemade marmalade for breakfast and the lovely breads. Our meals were mainly vegetarian, imaginative, plentiful and organic. We had salmon and Moroccan eggs for additional nutrition, and the puddings were snapped up remarkably quickly. Each dish was full of flavour and beautifully presented. Thank you very much for your cooking. Im sure we will be back.

I cannot praise Dartmoor Larder enough. They catered for my fathers 80th birthday and made the event a perfect evening. From setting up at Blackadon Farm to preparing and serving our meals Sandy and her team were professional throughout. I was cautious about having caterers but with 18 of us attending it was easier than eating out. I’m so glad that we chose to stay in. The food was beautiful in taste and presentation and was plentiful. They even managed to save the birthday cake that hadn’t coped well with the heat and the journey! Thank you Sandy for making the evening so special.

Utterly delicious, nutritious and kind. Every meal was a taste sensation and completely unexpected. Sandy couldn't do enough for us and created some truly wonderful treats from Bakewell slices, vegan brownies and veggie sushi on top of the comprehensive and eclectic menu. What an incredible feast we enjoyed at our book group retreat, thanks to the wonderful Sandy at Dartmoor Larder! She prepared and delivered the most delicious dishes, understanding perfectly what would go down well in a weekend of hikes and sea swims - nourishing, warming and wholesome. Everything was exquisitely presented too. Sandy herself is so friendly, enthusiastic and passionate about the food she prepares. It was a real joy to discover her and I hope very much to order from her again before too long.

I've just returned from a 3-day team retreat in Devon where the catering was provided by Dartmoor Larder. Sandy created beautiful breakfasts, lunches and dinners for us. She created incredible spreads - the colours, the flavours, the range of dishes, were just fantastic. A five-bean chilli was unlike any chilli I'd tasted - smokey and spicy with a hint of maple. A sweet potato frittata with caramelised red onion and red Gloucester was so good we were still talking about it two days later. Even the packed lunches we were sent home with drew envious looks on the train. Just wow.

Sandy & Steve went the extra mile to ensure all was fully prepared for the catering on the day with extra touches such as flowers, beautiful napkins and tablecloths.
