Paul and his team provided the catering for our wedding back in August and we could not be happier that we chose him as our caterer!

Paul was amazing throughout the planning period. His communication was great and he was able to give lots of great ideas and suggestions, using his experience to prompt us to make sure everything was covered. Our venue was venue hire only, and we were able to sort our equipment, crockery, cutlery and glassware through Paul (who also liaised with the venue to sort delivery and pick up) and also staff to manage serving and clearing on the day.

On the day he was on time and super calm and relaxed which put us both at ease. Everything went so smoothly and was on time - we didn’t have a coordinator on the day but Paul’s team used our timings to make sure everything was served at the right time and it took any stress off us.

And the food was AMAZING. Our guests still talk about it as one of the highlights of the wedding and it was so delicious and well presented. It completely fit our vibe and the vibe of the wedding and ensured everyone was well fed and happy.

Thanks again Paul and team for being so wonderful. We are over the moon that we chose you to cater for our wedding and would highly recommend you to anyone sorting catering for an event, especially a wedding in a venue like ours!

Paul and his team catered for our wedding in September. We opted for the sharing platter as we had a micro-wedding (30 guests). From service, presentation & taste it was amazing. We had quite a few allergens with our guests (including myself with a serious Nut allergy) and Paul catered for each and every single one of us brilliantly.
The food topped off the best day of our lives and everyone is still talking about how good the food was.

"We just wanted to write to say our thank you’s to your catering team and yourself for what was the most amazing meal we have ever had at a Wedding!!
We’ve seen your dishes on social media so we were looking forward to beautiful sharing platters, but you honestly blew us away with everything – from Presentation, taste, service and to the portion sizes. I think food/catering can be the most ‘judged’ aspect of a wedding and we absolutely had nothing to worry about at all! I must also say thank you for your time to change the menu to be allergen friendly, I have never felt more comfortable eating food that hasn’t been prepared by myself.

All of our guests were so extremely complimentary of the food and the service provided and still is being talked about😃 😃 and our vegan guest was also very complimentary and in her own words “It was delicious and bloody nice to not just be chucked a sorbet as a Vegan!” 😃

Astridges catered our wedding last weekend and the food was incredible - all our guests raved about the food. The staff were also lovely, and made sure to save a canape selection for me and the groom which was very thoughtful (and meant we got to try all the delicious choices). Astridges provided both flowers and catering for our wedding in May '24 and we were beyond happy with choosing them. Sophie gave great advice on the flowers and really understood what I was wanting to achieve (& what I wanted to avoid!) - and she did an absolutely amazing job as the flowers were stunning. As for the catering, Paul and his team were fabulous from beginning to end. His guidance on what menu to choose was excellent and the catering has been one of the most commented upon aspects of our day - everyone just LOVED the food! We opted for sharing platters for mains and a selection of mini starters/desserts, with mini sweet and savoury scones for canapés. Paul was also very accommodating with our guests who had particular dietary requirements - nothing was too much trouble. We cannot give them enough praise; we were so happy with our choice and highly recommend Astridges!

Paul and the Astridges team are absolutely fantastic. We had our wedding reception in a marquee on a farm in 60mph winds, and with nothing but enthusiasm they carefully adapted to the elements, and significantly contributed to the smooth-running and happiness of the day.

Everyone was raving about the food, the quality of it and the service (the vegan’s especially wanted to pass compliments to the chef!!).

Fantastic food and service for a wake, which Paul stepped in at very short notice. A fabulous spread of savoury food, including the most delicious sausages rolls and sweet treats such as lemon drizzle cake and brownies. All beautifully presented and Paul was extremely respectful and made us all feel really important even though we only needed catering for a small number.
