This subway restaurant close early on a regular basis. Even though it says it shuts at 7, they start cleaning up and stop serving a lot earlier.
My last order was a salad with a little bit of tuna. Not even 3 scoops. Serving sizes decrease while prices increase. Maybe if you treated customers better you would get more business rather than trying to cut costs/corners.

Just called in to Barton Subway to grab a quick sandwich as I'd done a lot of travelling, to be met by an extremely rude and unprofessional man. When I put my order in he abruptly told me I was queuing in the wrong place. It was 3.20 pm and I was the only one in the shop. So I went the 3ft to the end of the counter where I was ignored while he swept salad and breadcrumbs off the counter in to his hands. He then came over and rudely said "what bread?" At which point I walked out. Terrible customer service, disinterested and down right rude. I won't be back.

Ordered two of the new Philly steak sandwitches, asked for mayo as I noticed they had not put any of the sauces in my subs, was told they are none customisable. I asked if she had put the sauces on them ( chipotle sauce and sweet onion ), told yes. Checked the subs… shock no sauces on them at all. So not only was I told we couldn’t customise them as it’s the new menu I’m guessing but you didn’t put in what is on the “none customisable filling” anyway. It wasn’t busy so it’s just disappointing really.

Just went into subway for a footling breakfast sub and coffee. I was informed they had been crazy busy and there where no sausages or milk for hot drinks. It wasn't even 9 o'clock. I could see the young lady was working hard and very busy. But these staff in subway talk so quickly with their heads down filling the sandwich you can barely hear what they say. So you have to repeat yourself. So they may as well lift their head and talk properly. Not a great experience

So new subway in barton whoo hoo!! Or so i thought … attempted to use them today and will not be returning, went with a order for work for 15 people, couple people in cue so ok … the guy serving was painfully slow … i have never seen anyone make a sandwich this slow it was like watching a advert in slow motion, then while hes waiting for the subs to toast instead of moving on to the next person he decided to mess around behind the counter, fair enough amy be new to the job and by now hes got a que, so i say to him mate have you not got anyone who can help you … to then get the female in the back to walk out with whats her problem … and then them both proceed to call me right there, i decided at this point i would get a sausage roll from gregs and went over to hull for the lads diners ….. ive never known customer service like it and i will bot be using it again for myself of the business

Wow didn’t get anything in the end just walked from Lidl car park across to subway for breakfast and counted 7 rats along the back of the building I know there everywhere but in that short space ?
