Tough off the tee with well shaped holes carved into the trees. Uses the space well,
Greens were immaculate even after recent heavy rain.

The greens were very fast with flowing undulations. Fairways are spacious but ball placement off the tee is imperative. It is a demanding course. A haven for a player who hits a long ball.

Just played my first round at Copthorne this morning and and what a gem of a course this is a lovely layout and in very very good condition your green keepers have done a wonderful job. Met some very friendly members all around the course and clubhouse. Great practice facilities from range to short game area food at bar was at a very responsible price point and service was quick. 10/10 thank you.

Good quality members club between East Grinstead and Crawley. Challenging and varied holes with tree lined fairways with several ditches to avoid. Sussex Amateur Championship held here in 2017. Highly recommended. X
