Awful service. Sauce on.kebab when asked for no sauce due to allergies. Chips soggy. When rang to complain they put the phone down on me.

Been going to Pizza Jim's for a good few years since moving into the area, it's been pretty decent. But in my own experience Pizza Jim's seemed to have fallen down hill drastically in recent months. I ordered a meal deal for my self and my partner, it took two hours to arrive and when it did the food was cold. The final nail in the coffin for me, won't be going again. No one would accept that in a restaurant so why would you from a takeaway.

Very polite staff, ordered online and was available for collection after 15 minutes. This was ordered as enough food to feed 6 people.
Food was fresh and not dry and not greasy like other pizza places.
Kids really enjoy eating here as a weekend treat from time to time. Would recommend for a treat takeaway, with good prices, quick delivery and friendly staffing.

I walked in and the floor nerds a total steam clean, thick with black dirt in the cracks and crevices of the floor, a clean up is needed as does much of the rest of the shop.
Settee has a large rip in it, it's scruffy.. I got a pizza which was okay but an upset stomach is the aftermath. Won't be using again. Gone down the pan. Avoid.

Used to enjoy the food from here. However, the mixed kebab eaten this evening is probably the worst kebab I've ever tasted. Meat soggy and sparse side salad. The accompany chips were also like wet cardboard. Awful. Never again.

After previous tasty orders, we ordered tonight and was told an hour, which fair enough.. it's a weekend..

After an hour and 10 minutes we called again and where told 10-15 minutes.

1 hour 50 later the food arrives barely warm.

Poor delivery guy looked knackered! Not the best service and will be thinking of alternatives next time.

Unforgettable for all the wrong reasons. My wife ordered a veggie deluxe, and was horrified to find out that there was all kinds of meat underneath the veggie toppings. Some kind of joke? The owner obviously seems to think so. How about an apology? Too much trouble apparently. Imagine feeding pork to a Muslim person? That's the exact same level this is on. My wife doesn't eat meat for her own morals, values and wellbeing. So to have all those disrespected is absolutely disgraceful. A sincere apology would've gone a fair way to making up for THEIR mistake yet all they tried to do was belitlle her and make out it was her fault. Buy from these people if want but we shall never ever use them again and will tell all we know how appalling they are.
