This was the worst room I have ever stayed in. It was dirty, the toilet was blocked, there was no cold water, the bin was dirty, the carpets needed hoovering as there was food remnants when we arrived, the lock on the door didn't work, the bathroom was malodourous every time the toilet was flushed and the shower head was stuck in one position so it couldnt be repositioned. It was very noisy. The only plus side is that the fact that we had no toilet roll our room when we arrived, but this was rectified immediately

AVOD AVOID AVOID ! shared bathrooms not in description, very slow flow of water when using bathrooms,very untidy and dusty rooms, main door is always open as they have no reception and doors do not lock properly too and rooms are extremely cold. Is quite a way from airport too. All staff want to do is sell you taxi to the airport at extortionate costs,bathrooms are so small too and plumbing has what looks like a wire running through it. Spend a bit more money and book a hotel in the airport then your not paying extortionate amounts for a taxi or this so called hotel.

We didn't know how to check in and attempted all the phone numbers with no response... We finally after 15 minutes rang a tiny door bell and got help. The bathrooms were extremely messy and nasty... We came from the airport and it was a very long walk. We wanted to save money but didn't expect this. We also share a bathroom in the hall which definitely was not in the description. We are not impressed. I will never stay here again.

THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SAFE TO STAY IN.

Do not waste your healthy life to spend a couple of days in a dangerous environment disguised as a hotel. This is the worst property ever. From abandoned autos parked on the property to a degraded wall. We were first given a room that was not even cleaned, then relocated to another that appeared clean but was significantly worse than the first. The pillows and bedsheets were filthy and itchy. The toilet is an eyesore, with no running water and waste entering the toilet bowl after brushing. THAT IS ONE OF THE WORST NIGHTMARES ONE CAN EVER PRAY FOR. The bathtub shower? It was too small to fit a medium-sized man.

The bath shower? So tiny it couldn’t fit a man of medium built size like me, I had to leave the door opened.
The bedroom was smelly, choking and totally unsafe.

Also, the property is lying about the uploaded pictures, you need to see the assumed white towels and bedsheets to the pillow cases they are using.

Not so good at all. They definitely need to be sanctioned because that place isn’t a safe habitat.

When checking out, we had to leave the keys by the door, no one to drop the keys with. The worst 4 hours of my life was spent on this property full of infested bedsheets, smelling environment and tiny toilet with nothing or zero amenities

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Had a flight from gatwick airport stayed here the night before flying very good staff and great service and perfect location few minutes walk from town and very close to the airport.

Needed someone to stay over and leave the car for our holiday. Rooms were clean and very comfortable, parking cheap and the manager was very kind and helpful. Nice to know we have a safe place to stay for future holidays.

Lovely guest house! Stayed here before an early flight - new hotel but how its run seems like it has been there forever. 10/10 recommend, manager and night staff amazing 🙂
