I stayed at the hotel in December 2024 in order for the stay to grant me my fast track back to VIP membership status. Parking is convenient and reasonably priced. The hotel like other Radisson Reds is trendy and quirky with an emphasis on the colour red of course. The room was of a decent size with a runway view. It is well equipped with a good range of amenities. The main disappointment was the breakfast experience. There was only one team member whose role was to check people in, clear the tables, and replenish the food. I attribute no blame to her but she was spinning too many plates and this led to people coming into the restaurant unchecked, empty dishes of food, and faulty catering equipment not being attended to. For example, when I pressed the coffee machine for a cappuccino it dispensed a cup of milk. The scrambled egg had run out, there were no sauces on display. In addition to this, some of the produce is cheap, for example, the bacon was the sort that turns white when cooked due to the large water content. The positive outcome of this is that the management took my complaint seriously, taking notes and offering me some financial compensation. I was grateful for this gesture. I left the hotel confident that my issues would be taken on board in order to continue to improve the quality of the product.

Great location, close to Gatwick with views of the runway! Rooms are nice, comfortable and quiet and the hotel was very accommodating! Good value, we have stayed here twice this month and would definitely recommend this property.

Very nice hotel. Excellent and friendly staff. Dinner and breakfast were very good too. It is NOT possible to walk to
the hotel from Gatwick Airport. It cost us £24.00 in a taxi which is a bit annoying but the hotel shuttle bus is £5.00 per person, takes 10 minutes and runs every 45 minutes or so. Bus 100 also goes to the airport and stop within a five minute walk of the hotel.

The hotel was clean and staff were very pleasant, food in the restaurant was really good quality and the service was super. Our stay would have been made better if the shuttle bus to the airport ran 24/7 as we had a very early departure and meant that we had to pay for a taxi which increased our costs and once weighed up maybe would have been cheaper to stay at an On-Airport Hotel

Pretty average hotel rooms. Clean, but toilet and shower was trickling all night long. Nice staff, however it was an absolute nightmare to order and eat any kind of drinks and dinner. Service was so slow, to the point where we ate elsewhere. Everybody around us said they’d waited an hour / an hour and a half to receive their main dishes, whilst some were still waiting for sides. Took about 15minutes to order just one drink. Location of hotel is not as described on booking.com; much further away than airport than expected.

Firstly the hotel were accommodating with quite an early arrival so that was great. Though not so great to be told on arrival there may be a charge for this when I had emailed prior and were not informed of this. Turns out I was not charged so not too much of a problem.||What I didn't appreciate was the music/noise coming from a room next to mine marked 'private' from 2 till about 6 am with the door opening and closing seemingly every 15 mins and people coming and going having loud discussions all the while. I appreciate it's an airport hotel but do not appreciate people trying to rap to Eminem when it's clearly a time when most are trying to sleep....especially when these people appeared to not be guests.

3rd Floor hallway was dark, cold and dinghy.||The rooms were not much better and are in dire need of a refurbish. They were dirty (when did anyone bother to clean the rooms) with a thick layer of dust on the bedside table, damp and smelling.||I asked for a quiet room and all I could here were planes taking off all night and early morning, so sleep was non-existent. ||The 2nd floor was much better as was the room (3rd attempt).||Would I stay there again - NO||At no point did I feel relaxed or rested.||Very disappointed - YES||I thought I would read the reviews and I have just seen a number of responses from Radisson management to similar complaints but it appears that they are simply going through the motions as months later nothing has changed. ||Absolute DISGRACE!!||Do yourselves a favour, don't respond to me, as I am NOT interested in any thing you might have to say, but instead actually spend the time and money to resolve all these problems that you clearly have on the 3rd Floor.

It took as a while to reach here. The shower was not draining properly, the drain hole was full of hair and looked liked it had not been cleared for months. Hairs around the toilet. The rooms needed a good clean.
