My wife and I had a really wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and the staff attentive without being intrusive. Unlike some reviews I've read there were staff on duty at reception, the bar and all was fine as far as this was concerned. The food was very good although a couple of more choices on the dinner menu would have been better. I shall certainly use this hotel again on my next visit to the region.

During my three-week business trip from Canada, I had the pleasure of staying at Barton Manor. I couldn’t have asked for a more delightful setting. The rooms were perfect, providing ample workspace and an extremely comfortable bed. The outdoor seating areas on the property offered a refreshing change of environment. The food and drinks were exceptional. The gym was well-equipped with well-maintained equipment, and the indoor pool was perfect for both exercise and relaxation.

What truly made my stay memorable was the staff. They were incredible, always attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. I will genuinely miss our daily conversations. Thank you, Barton Manor staff, for making my extended stay so enjoyable.

Lovely Hotel. Very comfortable rooms, quiet and well equipped. Coffee machine and the Milk Fridge were very welcome additions.|The staff are lovely, welcoming and attentive.|Food was excellent for both breakfast and dinner.|Nothing was too much bother and I will definitely return.

Paid for a deluxe king size room got a room the had a double bed, went to reception who just gaslighted us saying it was a king bed, it 100% wasn’t. Even emailed afterwards and they said it was but having a KINGSIZE at home I know how big one is. The room did not match the images on the website if the room I booked. |Room was next to the lift so the noise kept us up all night. As well as the noise from two large industrial fans outside our window which we had to have open as the room was so bloody hot. |There was toilet roll on the outside of the windowsill. Bathroom door was warped and splitting, shower was noisy as hell. Large stain on chair in room. |Pool in spa was freezing and no jacuzzi. |Only decent thing was the breakfast and even then the coffee was horrible and the toaster was broken you couldn’t turn the heat down so toast was just coming out black|I had complained and they offered 30% off when they have new rooms built but I went be going back

Been going to Spa breaks with the girls for the past 15 years or so, first time at this venue ||Lovely family feel every member of staff we encountered was friendly spa services was lovely they just need more seating in the pool and a chill out area near the spa.||Menu was limited but could not fault it at all. It is currently having some renovations which did not impact on our visit but will be great to see the final results.||Great value for money but the people working are a credit to the owners.||We will definitely return. Thanks for our lovely visit ||Would recommend

Nice place to stay, my bathroom was a little small but I didn’t intend to spend much time in there. |My only real criticism was that I paid £13.00 for breakfast and was asked what time I wanted it. I went for 06.30 because I had to be on the road by 7am sharp. Unfortunately it wasn’t ready until 06.45. No compromise in my leaving time I had to rush it down with a quick sip of tea.|Didn’t enjoy the experience!!

Booked to stay over 2 nights whilst attending a friend's wedding. Room was spotless and lovely with a view over the walled garden ( which is also lovely to sit in ) staff are accommodating and lovely. Food at the wedding was amazing, food in the restaurant was nice too. Don't regret paying to stay there instead of travelling for the wedding. Recommended.

We got off to a very bad start. We had booked some months ago to go on a bridge event for 3 days at this hotel. A couple of weeks before the event, those attending this bridge conference were told that the rooms for the first night were no longer available as they had been let to another organisation which required all the rooms. We were given the option of being bussed to another hotel for the first night but opted not to come until the following day to avoid all the hassle. But, having said that, things improved when we finally arrived - the executive room was spacious and comfortable (good to have a fridge with fresh milk) and the leisure club area with pool very pleasant. The situation of the hotel is excellent - not far from the M6 and excellent free parking. The conference rooms which we used were comfortable and spacious.
