In the area on holiday and wanted to treat my friend to a massage. Read the reviews and phoned to make an appointment.
Simon was so lovely and helpful on the phone.
However our visit was even better than we could have imagined.
My friend said it was not just a massage but a fabulous experience!
We were both made so welcome. Lovely venue, lovely people! Highly recommended.

I have had several treatments here over the years when visiting nearby Kielder. The therapy rooms are beautifully decorated and relaxing, the whole atmosphere is calming, and the treatments wonderful. I absolutely recommend treating yourself or a loved one to some pampering at Naturel.

If you want to chill out and relax with a fantastic massage this is the place to go. Zena and her staff are very attentive making you feel at home as soon as you go in. Many other beauty therapies are available but I normally have just the back and shoulder massage and come out feeling great!
Go on treat yourself!!!!
