I first visited the store in 2021 and was not too happy with the cleanliness and atmosphere. This is very noticeable. I ordered regardless. I would then visit several times with an attempt to order, but would audit the area and walk away because the store is uninviting and unclean. Gave this store many chances. Visited again when the original veggie burger returned to the menu late 2024, as I really missed this burger but still no change to cleanliness and atmosphere. This restaurant has no atmosphere, very dark and the cooking area is grubby and tired looking. This is damaging to the Burger King brand. I’ve always loved Burger King but since I moved to Corby in 2021 and patronised the store, my stomach turns at the sight of the restaurant. Please visit this restaurant for an inspection. Compared to the high street Romford Essex store, this one fails all brand standards. This is disappointing because I have missed Burger King as I am not a McDonald’s fan. The store is Very dull, dark, floors dry and not appearing sanitised and staff appearance leaves little to be desired. This store is damaging the brand and does not represents Burger King’s values and standards. Please investigate at your earliest.

Customer service varies dramatically depending on shift to with some staff having no customer service manners and not even providing required information at times. Food is usually good but staff will serve one person and walk off without checking if anyone else present is ready to order.

Visited at 1935hrs mid week. Place looked like they were 5 minutes before closure. Chairs all stacked up. Looked dirty, tired. Staff served us cold fries. Served food with unloved hands. The whole place looked dull. I didn't enjoy my meal

Upon arrival no other customers and all downstairs tables had rubbish on them or food underneath, none had been wiped down. Food took a while and I've never been presented such an unloved burger at a burger king! No napkins provided and furniture all dirty and grotty, no atmosphere, chips way overseasoned and no napkins!! Really need to get the tlc back here, won't be returning.

50/50 opinion

Food was alright, just like a Burger King, but the place was a little unclean, especially behind the counter. The person helping us just kicked a bottle out the way while getting our drinks...so, again...it's a fast food place but health and cleanliness is important to us 👋👋

First time we've been in here and what A shame. Under staffed so very slow service and then a long wait. The staff okish the Chips nice & hot but not a lot, very small portions the burger was tasty but Luke warm.
Have had better at other Burger Kings.
PUT MORE STAFF ON!!!!!!!!!#
Until then this is 2 persons that will not enter these doors in this Burger king.

Called in for lunch. I had to use the toilet the toilet was disgusting it smelt and had not been cleaned from the previous day. The floor was very dirty no toilet roll which I asked at the counter. They said they would see if they had any up stairs. They brought down not even half of roll. I collected my food and sat down but did not eat it as I was put off it after the toilet fiasco. The 3 people working where barely teens and did not know much. I will not use burgerking again
