Came here for a few days holiday. The hotel is nice, we booked the Family room, room 5. The room is quite spacious, it's got 1 double bed and 2 single beds which are quite soft, the single beds were a bit narrow, TV a good size, good mini fridge, chair's are comfy, nice chest of drawers. We had a balcony but couldn't use it as didn't have have or wasn't given a key 🙄 can't see the Sea as our balcony was facing a tree only through the side window could we see the Sea quite a distance away.

Quite liked the bathroom, it's spacious, had nice soap and shower gel, had wardrobe and shelves, the shelves were helpful but I think the wardrobe should be in the bedroom not in the bathroom for clothes to soak up the moisture so we didn't put our clothes in there. The toilets water system must not work properly as after every flush dirty water came back up.

The Tea Room was open 8am-7pm, it had a Coffee Machine which was the best part of it, as well as Toast, a few Pastries, Melon and Watermelon, Fruit, they didn't have slices of cake every day but when they did it wasn't the same Swiss Roll looking ones as advertised in pictures, it was really dry Marble cake 🙁 and although it says open 8am-7pm these were only available 8-10am, everything was put away after 10am which was disappointing. I also think 7pm was early to lock the Tea room as most guests are out during the day and early evening, should be open until 9pm.

Owners were nice and helpful, really good location, there are a variety of Pubs, Restaurants and local shops just down the road, which was very helpful.
We enjoyed our stay.

The room was nicely decorated. Lovely breakfast. The low eves made it quite dangerous as my partner kept hitting his head. There was no wardrobe in the room, so we had to hang our clothes on the 'over the door' hanger. Not ideal!
Although beautiful, the room was also too small for two people.

It's alright. Good size room, well priced. It was on the top floor so plenty of waking to get to it.

Two big issues.

The mattress quality is really poor. Extremely thin and way too soft. OK maybe for lighter People or children.

Only one set of keys so when I went in early I had to stay awake for the rest of the party and then climb the stairs again...

Breakfast was alright too but a fairly limited choice.

I stopped with my family, 4 adults. The beds was exceptional and enough for adults. Host was very explanatory very helpful. Room very clean and spacey. Quite nights sleep, beds comfortable. Breakfast, continental and a none full English. But the options are very nice. Sorry no photos of the rooms. Very near the beach

Lovely hotel within easy walking distance of beach and town . We chose the family loft room . A fabulous space with lots of room . Paul helped us up with the luggage which was welcomed . Breakfast room is relaxed and lovely . Nothing was too much trouble . Would definitely recommend .

We loved this place the second we walked through the door! Paul and Carmen were fantastic! So friendly and welcoming. A brilliantly run B&B! Lovely room and great choices for breakfast. Situated perfectly just a short walk from the beach. A real gem, we didn't want to leave!

Stayed here for 2 nights, great location which meant we could walk into Bournemouth centre. Rooms were great and very clean, staff were very friendly and professional. We were explained the regulations that had recently been implemented which was very much appreciated. The team have gone out of their way to make the guests feel comfortable, the grab and go breakfast is a great idea. Would definitely stay here again!
