Small but perfectly formed!! We have spent 2 nights in Anna’s beautiful Studio apartment. It has everything you need (tea, coffee, milk). Anna brings a breakfast basket each morning. Easy walk into the town and to the beach. A great location for exploring the area. We will definitely come back again!!

Immaculate space to stay for a few nights! Anna was very welcoming and allowed me to park on the drive. The room had everything needed and amenities were topped up the next day by the host. The shower in particular was lovely! The breakfast basket was really lovely to wake up to and a lovely touch so you don’t have to worry about buying any food/drink in. Plenty of coffee/tea in the room.
5 minute walk down into town - bit longer on the way back up the hill! Quiet area for a great night sleep. Closeness to the town means you can pop back in the day if needed. Definitely will stay again next time I visit Swanage.

We stayed in the lovely studio room for two nights along with our small dog. The studio was a perfect base camp for exploring the local area. We had everything we could need with including a large shower, comfortable bed and selection of tea, coffee and even and espresso machine. We were able to park on the drive although there was ample parking along the quiet street as well. Breakfast was delivered to our room each morning which was a great touch. Would definitely stay again.

Situated in a wonderful spot in a beautiful town. The owners really have created something special here with the exceptional cleanliness of the rooms, charming decor and the fact you have your own access to your room so you can come and go as you please! You also have access to your own little private garden/terrace. The breakfast is delightful with lovely jams and pastries. All in all, a truly exceptional experience, we shall return soon! Thank you to the owners for creating a small piece of heaven.

The stay at Anna’s studio was just perfect: very clean and modern facilities, we loved the nice continental breakfast and she even helped us with our hiking planning. We would definitely come back again!

Great place, a few minutes walk from the town centre . Anna was a super lovely host, with some great recommendations, and the breakfast very nice 😊
