I recently had the pleasure of experiencing "The Comforter" treatment at the Lush Spa in Poole, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped into the spa, I was enveloped in a sense of tranquility and calm. The atmosphere was simply divine, with soothing scents and soft lighting creating a haven of relaxation.

My therapist, Kate, was an absolute gem. She was incredibly sensitive and attentive, taking the time to talk me through each step of the treatment and ensuring my comfort throughout. Her expertise and gentle touch were evident in every moment, making me feel completely at ease.

The treatment itself was pure bliss.
I cannot recommend this treatment enough, especially if you're looking for a truly indulgent and pampering experience. Kate's expertise and the overall ambiance of the Lush Spa in Poole made this a truly special experience.

I was lucky to have two spa treatments given to me as birthday gifts Tangled Hair & The Spell. From the minute I walked into the Lush shop in Poole the staff on shop floor were welcoming, friendly and chatty. My spa therapist Karen who I was lucky enough to have for both was fantastic, talked me through each step of what was going to happen.The product, the treatments and the whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. I had the absolute best experience at the spa today, the tailor made massage was perfect. Somewhere between a sports massage and a normal spa massage it was tailored to me and my needs. Very very happy. Anna my masseuse was friendly, Knowledgeable and very capable!

Great experience. Had Tailor Made today, which was a Christmas present from my daughter. Anna, was welcoming, explained everything to me before we started and was excellent during the treatment. The setting is wonderful and has a calming ambiance. If you are considering one of their treatments, I recommend this one as it really hits the spot.

I recently had the most incredible spa experience at Lush. My son surprised me with a Christmas gift voucher, and it turned out to be one of the best presents I've ever received. I booked for the Synaesthesia 80 minute massage experience. From the moment I arrived, Karen, my therapist, made me feel completely at ease. She was not only warm and welcoming but incredibly skilled. Her attention to detail and her ability to create a truly relaxing atmosphere was remarkable. Every aspect of the treatment was heavenly, from the soothing scents to the calming sounds and luxurious products that felt like a true indulgence for my skin.

Karen's expertise was evident throughout, as she tailored the experience to meet my needs, focusing on areas of tension and ensuring I felt completely rejuvenated. By the time my session ended, I felt like I was floating on air – stress-free, refreshed, and completely pampered. The spa itself was a peaceful sanctuary, very quirky and the ambience added to the overall serene experience.

It was the perfect blend of relaxation and indulgence, and I can't thank Karen and my son enough. I highly recommend this treatment for anyone looking to treat themselves to some well-deserved self-care!

The best massage treatment I have been to so far and have been to many different ones!

Jo, my therapist on that day was fantastic - from the very first minute I have been taken to the Spa I felt very welcomed, listened to and totally relaxed. Jo has amazing hands and she has treated my whole body but also taking extra care of the places I have felt most painful and tensed.

Beautiful music and lovely atmosphere as well as such a great product used all way through made my treatment incredible special and wonderful!
