Ordered through just eat tonight at 7pm, finally came at 8.40pm. Ferrero rochher waffle and jamrolypoly and custard. Waffle stale, gone cold. My rolypoly?! Where is the jam, why is there no actually anything tasting SWEET in my rolypoly, confused at that , as it it not meant to be a desert? Just a roll of tasteless very pale pastry watery custard. Revolting....its sat on my kitchen counter....2 mouthfuls and gone off it.

Plus delivery driver, no apology, but did say , 'oh we are so busy, Friday night you know'.....well since I v been up working since 5.30 am, travelled to work , got home 5.45....yes I m busy too , you idiots!!!. They have lost me and my family completely as customers.
Not a chance I m giving THEM my hard earned money

Freezing cold bare shop. I opted for a Nutella waffle:
Waffle was raw. Soggy and wet and not cooked. Almost like it had been microwaved. Dreadful. I do not recommend - unless of course, you’re looking to be poorly.

Had the white chocolate donuts and was not disappointed! Warm fresh and delicious. Also ordered a rainbow waffle and explosion sundae.....as usual they were perfect. Would highly recommend

Staff are lovely ,food is amazing and the appearance of it ,I asked to have my ice cream before I leave so he put it in the freezer for me 🤗 I highly recommend this place

My sticky toffee pudding was mouldy. But great customer service kami was very Apologetic and we have sorted it all .

Spent alot of money here and very disappointed in how little you get for what you pay for not only that my my partner is allergic to nuts and we bought strawberries & milk chocolate but its wasn't milk chocolate it was nutella & strawberries which it clearly says on just eat milk chocolate!
