Feel very privileged to have enjoyed such superb wedding canapés courtesy of Pickled Fork. They were so accommodating for allergens and offered a wide range of choice - all the service was excellent from when we first got in touch to the kind and friendly chef and waiting staff on the day itself. Everything was made fresh in front of us on the day and we couldn't have been happier with our choice.

Alex and his team did the catering at our wedding and they were totally amazing from beginning to end. The food was off the scale but also the friendliness of everyone who works at Pickled Fork. The staff as well as Alex made such a difference to how relaxed we were on the day and many of our guests commented on how nice they all were. You're getting incredibly high class food but without any airs and graces - they're so down to earth and motivated by passion for the food they make.

Alex and the team recently catered for our wedding and we couldn't have been happier with the decision! From the first consultation they made us feel at ease and they truly embraced our vision for a middle eastern mezze theme.

Camilla was fantastic in helping bring the whole day together, from table design to making sure it all ran smoothly.

On the big day the food was spectacular, our guests are still raving about the canapés and the open fire cooking made for a real bit of theatre!

We hired the pickled fork to do our wedding canapés on board the Yarmouth Belle boat and they were amazing!! So easy to liaise with prior to the event and they coordinated everything with the boat so we didn’t need to. We had one person making The canapés fresh on the boat and one lady serving and they were both super friendly - she kept ensuring I had some which as the bride was very thoughtful of her!! The prawn tacos went down particularly well - everyone said the prawns were super plump and juicy. It just felt like the ingredients were incredibly fresh and good quality. Would definitely work with these guys again!!

Fabulous food, amazing friendly, discreet, professional staff made our Golden Wedding Party for 100 in the garden a day to remember. Alex was calm, reassuring, and nothing was too much trouble. He provided pizzas for children, managed food allergies etc and ALL the guests said how much their enjoyed the food, from the delicious canapes to the exquisite mini deserts. Alex and the team did a wonderful job providing the food for 100 adults at my wife's 40th in our garden. We went for the option of buns avoiding the need for plates and cutlery which worked really well for the event. The serving team helped out when they were free with drinks, handing the cake out and even serving the kids. I have used Alex and his team for 2 events – a wedding party for ~80 guests and a family birthday for ~20. On both events the service that he and his team provided were top notch and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Alex tailored both events to our exact requirements – spending time with us in the run up to talk through menus and requirements; a challenge for the requirement of an Italian/Danish fusion menu!

He really took the administrative burden and stress out of events and resolved all issues without our needing to get involved. It was only after the wedding day was over that we heard that he and his team were at up at the crack of dawn on the doorstep of one of the suppliers to ensure that we had a crucial (and hard to find) ingredient!

For both events, Alex sorted all of the peripherals and staff and really acted as a one stop shop for all front of house requirements. I could not fault the service throughout the events, including the spotless house that was left behind in the party’s wake.

A fantastic company, we look forward to working with them in the future.
