Incredible hotel! A frequent person to hotels and this hotel was amazing! The staff were wonderful and made you feel like royalty, the spa was so lovely, the room was amazing and the food was absolutely 5 star.. not the usual food it was extra special! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. And for your kindness dontating some rooms Helping carers have breaks 🧡 thank you 😊

Bed was so comfortable. I would recommend the new year gala. The food was amazing and met some lovely people. Overall it was fab xx Big shower and very relaxing. I would definitely come back again 100%.We came from Brighton area and a couple from West Sussex.

Great value for money - nice staff, the room was clean and comfortable, the spa was spotless also and very well kept. We had dinner plans locally which was a lovely 10 minute stroll. Lots of parking outside the hotel (anything in front of the hotel - ie, you don’t go through the barrier - is part of the pay and display of the main car park) which was very convenient.
All in all a great stay at a great price.

The location of the property was perfect. The breakfast was very well organised and the staff were lovely. The spa was amazing one of the best we have stayed in. However the rooms need a little bit of care, slightly dirty and very dark could do with a light especially if your view out the window is a tree blocking the sunlight.

We spent one night at the Winchester Spa Hotel in mid February.
The hotel is very well decorated and clean, with a modern boutique feel.
The rooms are very pleasant, warm and well presented.
Although we didn't use the spa, we had a quick look and it had a small pool and hot tub and plenty of treatment rooms, all very tranquil and inviting.
Staff were very helpful and one small problem was sorted out straight away.
We had a drink in the bar in the evening and had dinner in the hotel. The food was very good and the waitress service exceptional, Lauren looked after us very well.
All together a very pleasent experience, I will defiantly be back and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel as a base from which to visit Winchester.

a beautiful hotel all round really. i come here with my mum for the spa facilities, bed & breakfast. the spa was amazing, the pool was lovely and the relaxation room was my favourite part. very very clean too! the rooms were cozy too, for some reason our heating wouldn’t turn off at night so it was very hot even with the window open, the lighting in the room are only lamps not really a “big” light. breakfast was good too, something for everyone
all in all i’ll definitely come back here, the staff were all very accommodating and friendly:)

Although the staff were lovely and the hotel modern, I reported to the reception that my daughters room was cold. Although he said he would sort it out he didn’t. There was also music permeating through the floor from the reception in the night and early morning. I reported this to the reception separation and they said they were unaware of it being an issue. However looking at previous comments this doesn’t seem to be the case.||However the train I have awarded this hotel a 1 is that although I gave sent an email I have had no acknowledgement or response which I take to mean customer care us low on their priorities.

We went to the Winchester Spa Hotel for NYE girls trip. During that time we accessed the spa regularly, attended the NYE hotel event & had treatments in the Spa. Highly recommend the NYE event where the food, service and entertainment were top tier. ||All of the above were 10/10 but the hero treatment (consisting of back scrub, massage, bespoke facial & scalp massage) has to get a special mention. Abbey was fantastic and explained everything prior and made it so bespoke to my areas of concern. I left feeling much lighter as she did (on request) rid my back of many knots. ||Breakfast is included and was delicious with all catered for. Hotel is walking distance from station & town centre so very accessible. ||Highly recommend this hotel for many reasons and it’s why I find myself returning often.
