There are so many positive things to say about The Cottage on Cromhall Farm. The farm is set in beautiful countryside about 20 minutes walk away from a quaint and very friendly village with a pub with good food, a café and village shop .
The cottage, is super clean and spacious. Often, cottages advertise themselves as equipped for self catering, but in practice aren't as kitchen equipment is shabby and worn, but this is the opposite, everything (washing machine, dishwasher ++ etc) works and kitchen utensils are good quality. The owner takes her home from home promise seriously, we were greeted warmly. The cottage is across from the stunning main farmhouse (Dated 1754 I think). The Cottage has a private garden and dedicated parking. This isn't a working livestock farm so there no friendly country whiffs which I know is off-putting to some folk. We are going to stay here in future when when we visit family but it would also make an amazing base for a longer holiday, we loved it!

My partner and I have stayed at Cromhall farm twice both in the Dove and Garden cottages and thoroughly enjoyed the accomodation on each occasion. They are both very well appointed with everything you could need for a couple of days stay to a week or more. The beds are very comfy too and with very little noise to disturb us we slept soundly. The breakfast provided was very tasty providing an excellent start to the day. Our host Catherine couldn't have been more welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Both our stays were memorable for the right reasons, well done!

I have been staying at these cottages for the last couple of years and am a regular guest. I have had the pleasure in staying in all of Catherine's cottages and can honestly say they never fail to impress! Beautiful location, spotlessly clean with every possible amenity I could wish for including fresh farm eggs, bread, croissants and juice for breakfast. I am a lone traveller and Catherine put me at ease the very first time I stayed there with her warm friendly personality, nothing is too much trouble. This is always the first place I look for availability when booking.

Catherine and her family were the perfect hosts! A lovely warm welcome and help taking our things from the car into the accommodation was greatly received by us. The accommodation itself is decorated lovely and had all of the facilities that we needed. The surroundings are really peaceful and stunning to look at/walk around. The continental breakfast was fabulous and thoroughly enjoyed. A definite must place to stay when traveling to the Cotswolds! Would highly recommend! The only downside to our stay was that our stay wasn't long enough! Thank you Catherine and family once again for everything x

we stayed here last year just before Christmas and booked both cottages between three of us. The cottages were both furnished to a high level and looked beautiful not to mention super cosy! We found the location to be spot on, close to some great country pubs, Bath for the Christmas markets and still so peaceful on the farm. Every morning we were supplied with fresh eggs and croissants alongside fresh bread and other yummy breakfast essentials. Thank you Catherine and family for letting us hire your beautiful farm cottages, we shall be back! Laura x

Having stayed at Cromhall farm at extended intervals for several years now I can happily say that staying there has been nothing but a pleasure. The cottages are clean and welcoming and get a large amount of natural light. The location is picturesque and is especially nice during the summer. Catherine the owner is nothing but kind and any request which I have made has been sorted as soon as possible. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Very accommodating host and a very comfortable place to stay. Catherine told us she aimed for the place to be a home away from home and I think she succeeded very well at that. The location of it is very good too. So many awesome things to do within 1,5 hours drive.

A gorgeous and tranquil farm stay cottage in beautiful countryside. Catherine is an exceptional host- friendly and only too happy to help. The cottage was wonderfully cosy and welcoming with superb attention to detail (including fresh eggs, bread and other breakfast bits and bobs). The perfect place for a relaxing and comfortable stay in the country. Will return!
