Excellent stay. Hotel is really easy to get to as it us near both the town centre and the M4. Easy to park and the rooms are really nice and excellent value for money. The staff were both friendly and helpful. Had a superb night's sleep - first time I have not woken up in the middle of the night for ages.

Firstly the girl on the desk was lovely, very polite.

The drive way off the roundabout could do with better signage, so people can actually see, would help if it lit up.
The room needs a good refurb, looking very tired. Poor job of covering holes in the wall, the panels/skirting in the bathroom falling apart the same with the hair dryer shelf.
And the bathroom fan is very loud sounds like the bearings are shot, so I had to switch it off at the fuse switch.
The bed was very uncomfortable & worst nights sleep we've ever had at a premier inn.
Also didn't help someone knocking on the room door through the night either.
The breakfast in Brewers fair was all good

Comfy bed as always but the air conditioning was humming loudly all the time and maintenance me couldn't fix it. Disturbed our sleep.|| Also, Premier Inns apparently DO NOT PROVIDE ANY DECAFF TEA! WHYNOT?||Why is the background music in the restaurant - which is owned by the same owners - Whitbread's - always so loud? Who listens to it?

The staff and cleanliness of the rooms were good, but the whole place is run down, tired and grubby. All the cleaning in the world won't make this place look good.
Paint peeling, worn away on woodwork, grubby walls, the light pull cord in disabled toilets is black with use, not white as it should be. I literally felt dirty using it.
You have to walk across the car park to get to the pub, which is typical chain pub style, and also very dated, tired and grubby.
I would not recommend here for the price (it's not even worth the budget price).
This hotel is the Pontins of chain hotels,
I mean, I'm poor, but even this place made me feel a higher class.
I can't really recommend it.
Location only good if you need the motorway

Great service, staff friendly and responsive to our requests. lovely spacious room. Great location for our onward trip. |Ideal for a family, couple or single person visiting close by locations at a fraction of the price. Would highly recommend.

The girl on the front desk was lovely & the brewers fair breakfast & staff were lovely, the only positive from the trip.||We came with our family to head to longleat festival of light, and our children love to stay in hotels for a treat.||||The room was looking tired, the hairdryer shelf had obviously been sat on and broken at some point. Holes in the wall poorly filled/decorated. The bathroom fan was very noisy, had to turn it off at the fuse switch. The bathroom panel/skirting by toilet falling apart. And the bed was the worst I've ever slept in at a premier inn. Neither of us slept well at all. And someone was knocking doors late into the night for fun......

This is a good Premier Inn. It has great staff, clean comfy rooms, and a reasonable sized carpark. However, the carpark fills up "completely" each evening, so if you arrive back late after a night out then parking could be a major problem. Even the disabled spaces fill up rapidly.

An onsite Brewers Fayre is used for breakfasts and meals. The Brewers Fayre also has great staff and good quality meals. It's also quite spacious.

One thing I would like to see added in rooms is a heated towel rail, as bath towels do not dry on the small cold rails currently used. Towels are not changed each day unless requested, neither are the rooms cleaned.

The hotel is in a good location. Directly opposite is a large Morrisons supermarket and petrol station. Also nearby is a small Burger King and Greggs.

If visiting the area I totally recommend this hotel. Its reception area is also visited by a local black cat which was GREAT to see, it gave the hotel a nice homely feel πŸ˜€

Positive Aspects:
β€’ Comfortable Beds: The beds were a highlight of your stay, providing a good level of comfort.
β€’ Room Size: The rooms were spacious, which is always appreciated.
β€’ Friendly Staff: The staff were approachable and pleasant in demeanor.

Negative Aspects:
β€’ Towel Issue: A significant drawback was the towels, which had a strong smell of curry. It seems they were either stored near food or cleaning supplies with a strong odor, which detracted from the experience.
β€’ Housekeeping Concerns: Despite requesting a room cleaning and towel replacement, the cleaning was incomplete, and the new towels also smelled unpleasant.
β€’ Internet Issues: The Wi-Fi did not work at all, and external signal coverage was poor, which made staying connected a challenge.
β€’ Inconvenient Layout: The hotel’s elongated layout made navigation cumbersome, particularly when your room was at the far end. A few more access points or doors might improve convenience.

Suggestions for Improvement:
1. Address the issue of towel storage to prevent unpleasant odors.
2. Ensure housekeeping fulfills guest requests, including thorough cleaning and replacing essentials like cups.
3. Improve Wi-Fi connectivity and consider installing signal boosters.
4. Rethink the hotel’s layout or introduce shortcuts to reduce walking distances.
