Ideal spot to stay if traveling by train. Literally just round the corner from the train station.
Room very clean and tidy and very comfy bed,better than expected.
Service was great,great breakfast options and area nice and clean. Really enjoyed my stay.

First time here for a one night business stop. Easy to access with ample parking. Modern, clean and bright throughout. Better than I expected, and highly recommended.

If I were to moan, the shower heads could be better adjustable and better soap dispensers would be good, but overall I was extremely happy with the rate of my stay at a bargain of £35!

Shout out to Leon and Anna, who were simply lovely and went the extra mile to make me feel welcome. This pair are so friendly and are a credit to the team.

Probably fine if you’re hard of hearing! My room was right by the hallway door, and it kept banging every time someone came or went, so I barely got any sleep. The room wasn’t exactly spotless, and the shower was pretty weak. The staff were lovely, though—super friendly! But honestly, I’d probably just stay at a Premier Inn next time. 🙂

It’s a very pleasant place to rest your head, comfy beds and some of the best all you can eat breakfast you’ll find. It’s the place to be, with a train station just 2 minutes away, you can experience all the places around Chippenham. I stay made as easy as possible with thanks to Vanessa and her team

Stayed in first floor family room with month er and dog, requested twin but all available. King size bed and two put-me-ups. The put me ups were camp beds, not useable, incredibly uncomfortable. Not much better on king size. ||There is very little, or any storage, for clothes so had to live out of suitcases. So couldn’t rest in the room. More to test your head and that is it. Were charged online £20 for dog but signs everywhere say £15. ||The breakfast was excellent quality and would say it is the saving grace of the hotel or it would have been 1/5. All very clean, mind you!

I’ve had mixed experiences at Travelodge but this was great. Clean and tidy, a great nights sleep and then Vanessa was very helpful in the morning. Great customer service which is rare nowadays. A real skill and someone who should be valued in the company!

Small room but clean & with all the essentials other than a closet (There are 4-5 hangers). The bed needs a thicker duvet ~ I’ve never since one that is that thin! The bathroom is again small but functional, other than a hairdryer which is annoying (You have to go & get one from reception!) & for some reason no loo brush which is not so pleasant. The hotel is next to an Aldi, close to the train station & walking distance from the small town centre.

Decent stay here recently. Location was good, parking was ok could be a few more spaces though. Hige shout out to Vanessa the Duty Manager, lovely person who does her job with passion and professionalism.
