I stayed at this hotel because it was close to a workshop I was attending. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. It was huge by London standards with a King sized bed, lounger chair and footrest, desk and chair, and a stool in front of a makeup mirror. It had a large clean bathroom with lots of counter space. The staff is exceptional! They were very helpful and eager to accommodate guests. The hotel is not in a pretty part of London, but there are several convenience stores and cafes within walking distance.

I stayed here whilst attending 2 concerts over in Brixton. I didn’t want to stay directly in Brixton but this was only a short bus ride away. The experience was great, I spent most of the days queuing in Brixton for the concerts & then attending the concerts in the evening, but the hotel made for a great stop to sleep, have a late dinner (unfortunately not in the restaurant as it was closed at that time of day) , and a place to get ready in the morning. I found all the staff I spoke to very welcoming. At one point I requested a room change as my friend had to leave so another friend joined me and everything was done by the time we were back to a perfect standard. Thank you so much for the great stay

Stayed at hotel for first time last week. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Had breakfast there and was worth the money. Staff all friendly, attentive and helpful. Handy for tube station and buses. Very pleased. Already booked my next visit.

Requested prior to arriving happy birthday decorations or a card or anything small for my partner but nothing in room and our room was right next to the corridor door which was very loud and toilet was also dirty. However, guy who was originally checking us in and was on breakfast the morning after was lovely, we stayed on 21/09/24. Location is good, bus stops nearby and about a 20 minute walk to the nearest tube station.

Found on the right as you approach the crossroads below Lavander Hill on the Wandsworth Road. Alternatively, you can tumble out of a bus as I did at Queens Town And Wandsworth road intersection stop Q.|Reception was a pleasant, if reticent young man who checked me in smoothly. Room and environment about same as usual for the chain. |didn't try the food. No Bar. but sadly, room for one on the right of the dining area.|staff as always minimal and overworked but coped fine. |nearest decent pubs about half a mile away but a good base for the Vauxhall business area. Anyone needing or wanting to visit the US Embassy for jobs and visas will find this one of the best bases within a 30 min bus ride at peak . |It's ok if you need to be down here as part of the Lavander Hill Mob"

Check in very slow and disinterested staff. Not willing to assist with group check in wanted to charge credit card for each individual room booked I had 5 eventually credit card blocked. Ridiculous! Come on premier inns sort your system out! It took 25 mins to check in.

You have good bedrooms but need to train your staff!

A fairly standard premier inn in a good location. Staff were good and the room was as you would expect. Only downside was the pressure of the water in the shower which was pretty poor. Unfortunately we didn’t get to try the cooked breakfast as there was an incident beyond the hotel’s control.

Two rooms were booked so expected them to be together. They weren't. One was on the second floor but unfortunately the lift would not travel upwards due to a fault. The room on the ground floor had not been cleaned after the previous occupants. The bed was not made and there were empty beer cans and wine bottles in the room. We were relocated to a room next door but could not access it due to the room card key not being recognised. Eventually all sorted. Went down to breakfast at 10.23am knowing it was available until 10.30am to be told that we had 7 minutes to get and eat our food. We expressed our feelings and eventually left the eating are after 11am. The food was not good having been on the serving area for a long time. Will not be returning.
