I picked this place specifically because of it's sauna, since it's further from me than another Thai massage place. Despite the website saying you can pay 10£ to use it, and treatwell actually saying that you can use it for free of you book at least a 60min massage, both of these are not true.

What is true, is that you have to book a massage by calling them directly, before you can use the sauna for 10£, otherwise it's 20£. This is not stated on their website, so imagine my disappointment when I found out that the other reviewer's experience on this issue wasn't just a one-off bad experience.

While the receptionist was very apologetic, the colleague she had asked to help explain was extremely rude, saying that treatwell and the website are just for marketing. I wasn't actually sure what her point was when I informed her that the website has no mention of the 10£ price only when booking directly, but it seemed like she was asking me to update their website/treatwelll listing for them. She said of course if I booked directly I would get discounts, as if I was supposed to know this as common knowledge.

I would've happily paid the 20£ if she had explained earnestly or said that they would update the website/treatwell to be clear in future. But on principle I could not accept that this lady refused to back down from "the owner's policy" for a first time customer and curtly said she would not argue with me. (who is the owner? Why is it my job to fix your marketing?!)

This entire interaction left a sour taste in my mouth, even though the massage that I got in the end was pretty good. If this is the only place near you then by all means, but I will not be a repeat customer of such deceptive business practices.

I booked a couple Thai and Swedish massage combo and was absolutely amazing. Staff were very friendly, place was clean, atmosphere very welcoming and the room was small but did the job to Zen out. Both our massuers were very strong, flexible and really accommodating to our needs. Definitely recommend!

I've massages here already a couple of times, the staff is very friendly and the massages really helped me with my sores..they always double check if everything is ok, temperature of the room, how much pressure you prefer and so on, so attentive!
Can't recommend it enough!

Visit the spa today was hoping to use sauna and steam for one hour one time when I went into the shop it was £10 next time I went in. It was £15 today I went in now it’s £20. What a rip off. I’m not asking for a massage. I want to just sit in the steam and sauna for one hour how can they charge from £10 to £15 to £20 just put the price up as they feel like it. It’s not even stated on the website how much it is to use the sauna and steam this place is typically empty most of the day. So I don’t know how they’re making money. And this is probably why they put the price up as they feel like it if you have a massage you can have a steam for £10 but if you want to sit in steam sauna that’s the time empty how can this even make money if you’re not using? your facility to the maximum I was more than willing to pay £50 £60 a month so I could go on a regular basis but nobody likes to be ripped off I’ll find another spa to use. were they dont change price as they like.

Ill mention the good things first. They are very welcoming, the place is decorated nicely and the prices are affordable.

However, this place missed the mark with my visit. We started 5-10mins after my appointment but ended earlier than an hour. It felt rushed and I was cold during the entire massage. When I communicated this, the masseuse said “maybe its because of the tiger balm” and continued with the service with the thin sheet over me which took away from the massage. For this to be a spa, I wasn’t comfortable. The upside is my body feels a little better than before but this place wasn’t a win.

This was my first Thai massage ever and Lina made it one memorable experience!!! She made me feel very comfortable and she was always checking on me, asking if she was going too hard or too soft. She also gave me some tips for my next trip to Thailand! Best treatment ever, I will definitely be back

Quite a disappointing experience. I’d gotten a flu shot 3 days back and mentioned that before the massage. And the masseuse refused to touch my upper body during massage. She sat on a chair just kneading the feet slowly. Waste of 60 bucks. They should have rather asked me to leave. I googled “okay to get massage after flu shot”, and it seems okay to go after 2-3 days. She later forgot to give me the robe for the sauna, left the lights switched off inside the changing room & just wasn’t interested in the client.

The lady at the conceirge was nicer though. However, No mention of a refund or a free massage. Definitely not coming back.
