My Partner and I visited this hotel as we had a function to attend for his work in the area Location wise it's perfect, near to the station which was a great start to our stay. |We were greeted by the receptionist, Casey. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. She answered our questions and knew the area well so was able to advise us about transport, which we were grateful for. |Our room was comfy enough, a tad tired looking but it was clean and we felt good value for money. We enjoyed a drink at the bar before we went to the function, and breakfast was sufficient. All in all a nice stay and the location for us was perfect.

First off, the staff was amazing and did everything they could to make the stay as comfortable as possible. ||||but the fact that the windows didn’t open, and there was no airing system in the bathroom made it very uncomfortable in the room as soon as the first person took a shower. I don’t think that I will come back to this hotel. the price was pretty high and the stay average at best.||||Many thanks to the staff that was very helpful and understanding. they were very pleasent.

I came here with my husband for a short weekend, purely on the location, as it's next to the station and easy transport around london. Upon check-in, we were greeted by a young girl called Casey at the reception she was very smiley, extremely polite, and answered any questions we had. Our room was okay, nothing special, so please don't expect 5* you do get what you pay for, especially in London. There is a bar in here so you can get a drink and they offer breakfast. Overall, it's pretty decent if you're here for a day or two to travel around London and visit the sights.

I would like to commend Jay and Sridhar for their outstanding service during my recent stay. I arrived late after a long journey and was visiting the US Embassy the following morning. Despite my late arrival, they were incredibly helpful in accommodating my request for an early check-in, which made my experience much more convenient. Jay was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome. Sridhar served us on the bar and was very clean and organised. Their excellent customer service truly made a positive impact on my stay. Thank you!

No cleaning - not even a brush so you can clean the toilet yourself. Just throw in new towels and toilet paper. The room had sticky carpet stains. And the beds are quite poor. The area is good , but that’s it! Keycards are not functional all the time… had to change several times during our 4 nights stay. Breakfast - don’t bother - boring and with no imagination at all. The service is like “I don’t give a sh…” |The price is way too high for these standards.

The friendly reception staff were always willing to assist. FYI, there are no hair dryer, iron/ironing board, nor mini bar in the room, but it was comfortable enough and the staff made it a pleasant experience.

Extremely Poor Experience – Do Not Stay Here

I stayed at this hotel with my family, and it was one of the worst experiences we've ever had. The staff, particularly the hotel manager, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When we found bed bugs in our room, the manager shockingly blamed us for bringing them, despite another staff member admitting that the hotel has had long-standing issues with bed bugs.
There was also no coordination between staff members, leading to constant follow-ups for any problems. On top of that, another guest was mistakenly given a key to our room and walked in on me and my sisters when we weren’t wearing our hijabs. Housekeeping also barged in without knocking several times, which was extremely inappropriate.
The hotel is chaotic, poorly managed, and lacks basic respect for its guests. I would not recommend staying here at all. It is a disgrace and should not be considered a hotel

I had a pleasant stay in the hotel. The first merit of this hotel is its location. Very close to the public transportation station. The staff is friendly, and the room is well-maintained.
