On arrival at the spa I was greeted by Amy and some of her therapists, all of whom were happy & friendly, which created a pleasant & welcoming ambience.

Amy is a charming, professional & highly-experienced masseuse. Her techniques ensured that I departed feeling energised and de-stressed; most importantly she removed all the tension from my neck & shoulder muscles and helped to relieve my lower back pain.

Overall this was a truly relaxing, enjoyable & positive experience in comfortable surroundings which I can thoroughly recommend.

Went here for a wax and it was terrible. I am left with bruises all over my skin(!! never had that from a wax before) also she did not properly remove the wax afterwards so hours later my skin is sticking to itself (also not experienced this). I don’t think she is actually trained in waxing at all, just seemed to have no idea what she was doing.
