Our stay was fantastic and the staff was great very helpful and friendly and would go out of their way. I also had to have a parcel delivered to the Hotel during my stay which they took it for me no problem at all. The room was very clean and tidy, bedding and towels were clean and dogs were made very welcome. My children felt comfortable and happy and enjoyed the stay too. We will be returning next year for definite. Thank you for such a great stay and for making us feel so welcome keep up the brilliant work we cannot fault anything about our stay.|A member of staff that we would like to mention that went above and beyond is Tarliek (i think thats how it is spelt) he was fantastic so helpful friendly and very welcoming to see a happy face and so happy doing his job especially for front of house says it all. Thank you Tarliek for being so helpful and going above and beyond you do a fantastic job and nothing was too much trouble for you, you an asset to the Hotel.

As with all the reviews the staff are a deal and so friendly. The hotel needs some TLC and updating.|Our room however was clean and tidy, had a fridge and tea/coffee facilities and a great shower.|The location was perfect for our needs. |I would stay again but bring my own pillows.|Rooms can get warm though a fan is provided.|Road noise was minimal too which helped

Very nice rooms cosy and comfortable lady at the desk was kind and talkative made us feel welcomed the minute we arrived at the property would highly recommend. Pillows very nice bed good size perfect for two, the bathroom was amazing nice walk in shower.

Slightly basic, but cheap and cheerful. Great location, easy check in, staffed late.
The ‘bar’ is a fridge behind the front desk and a couple of chairs in the front but other than that it was what I expected. Beds were comfortable and we got a good nights sleep. Shower was fine.

Stayed here a couple of times, and always found it to be a super friendly hotel. Nice big rooms clean, my only criticism is the shabby corridor carpets, |Services are next door so you can always get something to eat.|I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a break.

It’s great for what it is, a place to put your head down in a nice, clean and quiet place for the night at a reasonable price. No need to book breakfast as it a the motorway service area with all the facilities on the doorstep. There a 24hr reception with a bar. 😊

Unfortunately we found ourselves broken down on the M1 travel back up north from Luton airport. Due to a delay in recovery services we had no other option but to find somewhere to rest for a couple of hours until our recovery vehicle turned up, this was at 4am. Due to the lack of sleep, we were extremely tired due to being stranded now for almost 10 hours. We asked the staff member that was sat in the lobby at the time if we would be able to sit in there due to this being the only place that was warm throughout the whole of the services, we were extremely thankful we were able to rest for a couple of hours. However, when the manager of Days Inn came on shift at 6am without even asking about our situation, she was extremely rude, unpleasant and showed no empathy towards our situation. We were told we were unable to sit in the lobby and was told it wasn’t a ‘doss house’ as she called it. She was a very patronising woman who made us all feel very belittled.

Despite being a "Diamond Member" of the Days Inn, my request for a room on the upper floor was once again denied. This is now the third time that I've had to 'beg' for the small privileges that come with member status. No other Days Inn treats their members with such disrespect
