Just had an amazing 1to1 course with Hannah for C-Section scar massage therapy and it was an amazing busy day! Very informative and mainly very hands on full of practical assessments on real clients!

I visited HLP Therapy for the first time to attend a one-to-one Scar Therapy course with Hannah. Both Grace and Hannah made myself and my colleague feel at ease instantly. It was a full day packed with hands on practice and plenty of time to pick Hannah’s amazing brains about all things scars and business! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn more about scar therapy. Oh and the clinic is beautiful, the complementary lunch was also spot on. Thank you Hannah and the team 🙌🏼

An excellent service from Grace in the first instance when I telephoned. Efficient email system confirming appointment time, versatile booking me in. Made to feel most welcome and at ease again by Grace when I arrived. My appointment with Hannah was professional, informative and reassuring. Hannah worked on my scar with obvious knowledge and experience.
Understandable that payment is due before appointment. Products for sale at a reasonable price.
Post appointment I was quickly sent a comprehensive guide/plan on email to aid my treatment.
I have made another appointment already.

I have attended HLP clinic twice for appointments regarding my c section scar. I cannot recommend the clinic or Carrie enough. The clinic itself is well presented and the receptionist was really friendly upon arrival.

Carrie was excellent, she was patient, validating and listened attentively when I was discussing my pregnancy, birth and recovery experience.

Excellent advice was given during the initial assessment with follow up plan sent via email. During a follow up appointment this was also not rushed and further advice and practical scar massage support was given which was helpful to see and helped my scar. This left me feeling again validated and more able to support my c section recovery.

I Would not hesitate to return in the future if I feel I need to despite me travelling a distance to attend. Thank you Carrie 😊

I was first was introduced to Hannah Poulton through the online 'Understanding Scars' course that she wrote and presented with Emma Holly of RESTORE. I was immediately impressed with Hannah’s energy, powers of communication and high level of experience and skill. This led me to signing onto her HLP Therapy ‘Women's Health, Breast, Orthopaedic and Abdominal Scarring Course; and I was not disappointed. The course was absolutely brilliant – informative, fun and packed with things to learn. I will certainly look forward to attending more HLP Therapy courses with Hannah in the future. Amazing!! Hannah was so so lovely and was incredibly supportive. She explained how my scar was healing and how I can improve the overhang and look of the scar overall. No question was too daft! Grace was also so welcoming, and was so lovely. Will 100% be back!
