Would absolutely recommend Hotspring World! Maxine was so helpful, knowledgeable and just a dream throughout the entire process. Right from the very beginning, Maxine visited us at our home, she helped us to choose a hot tub suitable for our garden, she then invited me and my family to enjoy a viewing and experience some time in one of the tubs - which was amazing! Then we were sold! From here Maxine kept us informed throughout and when delivery day arrived, the two guys who delivered and installed were incredible also! They were so helpful, knowledgeable and made sure everything was just perfect for us! All I can say is…… you will not regret getting a hot tub from Hotspring World, reasonably priced and amazing quality! Thank you!!

Well what can I say. From start to finish the whole experience was amazing. Maxine is just amazing she knows what is right for you and very helpful she goes above and beyond to make the whole experience easy stressfree and enjoyable. My husband actually got in one of the hot tubs in the show room to try it out. Now we have are very own and I can't get him out of it. We love it so much nothing better than coming home after a long day at work and jumping in the hot tub it's so relaxing and soothing on your aches and pains. Highly recommend you go see maxine if you are looking to purchase one. From walking into the showroom to it being delivered and not forgetting the after care she gives was just outstanding. Highly recommend you go look for yourself you won't be disappointed.

I just wanted to leave a review to say how impressed I have been with the customer service and the quality of my new spa. Every step of the way Maxine has been so helpful and met my needs. Her knowledge is amazing on the spas, and really helped guide me through the process from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. The installation team were great and really spent time getting the positioning right for me. The after sales has been great too. I was also very impressed with the speed of responses when I’ve emailed with questions (not that I had many as everything had been covered) but I highly recommend these guys and am enjoying my lovely new spa! I have not slept this well ever before! Not just me but both my young children as well. We have had it for about five weeks or so and have used the tub even in the rain nearly every single day (we got it in January!!!). This isn’t a privilege it’s a genuine well being investment. Maxine as well is just incredible, great after care and advice. So supportive of my family, wasn’t a sales tactic she is lovely, I will always go to her. Maxine at the shop in Norwich is very knowledgeable and her customer service is outstanding. She showed us around all the tubs and listened to our requirements. We bought a pre-loved Relay which was good value for money although has taken a while to get used to. The controls are not easy to master so you need to make sure you get the right manual. We were supplied with the wrong manual to start with and the installation guys didn't really know much about the model we bought. We had an awkward space to get the tub into and they weren't able to install the first time they came, even though a site survey and photos had been sent to them so be prepared for the installation and the first few weeks to be a bit painful. However now it's settled in we are happy with the hot tub we have.
