Was a last minute booking, and they were very accommodating. The gentleman gave me recommendations for food in the local area. The Room was clean and well presented, and the beds were very comfy. Toiletries were provided along with clean towels etc. Parking was a bit of a pain but that is the only negative. Highly recommended!

I stayed in twin room number 7.
Nice and clean with a comfortable bed, large wash basin and tea making facilities.
There's a shared shower room and a toilet on the landing which were clean.
Breakfast was not available but there's always Weatherspoons or any number of pubs on the Albert Road that serve cheap breakfasts so not a problem 😊

Nice and cozy place. The hospitality is top notch, Mike a retired air force pilot will be sure to greet you and introduce yourself to the guest house. Some of the notable amenities were the USB wall chargers, good bedside reading lamps, good selection of complementary bedside drinks such as Hot chocolate, coffee,tea and mint chocolates and a floor fan in every room which is very useful during the summer.

Wouldn't recommend due the lack of facilities, only 2 toilets for the the whole guest house. We knew it was shared facilities, but, not even one per landing. The place was clean and had the usual hospitality tray, towels and free toiletries, but 2 toilets and 2 showers over 3 floors. Poor parking also.

a very nice and delightful host, stayed for the weekend, and enjoyed it very much. the shower was shared however, but i did not mind that-the star point was the breakfast could not have asked for more.i would recommend this b&b to anyone who is staying in portsmouth for a weekend or a couple of days, and cannot wait to stay again.

It felt more like a home then a guest house the owner was a smashing fella really friendly and helpful. The only slight negative was how hot the room got but other than that no complaints and would recommend it to friends and family
