Located on the corner opposite the co op, what used to be the old Methodist church is now a wonderful coffee shop in the heart of the community. Run by a truly fabulous team of volunteers and a vast selection of homemade cakes, scones, hot and cold food and drinks. Cottenham coffee shop has a play area for the kids, and the hall can be hired out by parties and gatherings with a fully refurbished kitchen and toilets. It is one of the best places to work in and relax and a half an hour cycle ride down the notorious Twenty Pence Road. Plus you have bike parking facilities on site and a dance studio. If you live in Cottenham then come and try it out and see what you think

Great coffee (didn't try the cake, but it looks delicious). Very reasonably priced. Lots of space and a lovely children's corner with toys etc. Highly recommend for a family morning/lunch.

I go here fory hearing aid service and batteries. The volunteers are wonderful and very helpful. And, unless you wish to make a contribution, it's all free, including the batteries to last till the next visit!

Good food and lovely atmosphere. Recently visited and the service was very slow (over an hour for all food to come out) and one member of staff was quite rude and abrupt; I've never usually experienced this here.

Lovely warm friendly welcome. Excellent freshly baked fruit scone and home made jam. Coffee could have been better - strong, bitter and stewed. Needed a fresh brew. Otherwise an enjoyable visit and will call in again.

A great coffee stop , nice and warm and dry with plenty of cycle bars to lock to, up the right hand side of the old church.
You have to read the memorial stone next to the sofa.

Brilliant little village coffee shop. Great for passers by looking for a quick lunch and a nice spot for locals to meet and discuss the week's events. The food all tastes great and with all the cakes being freshly homemade, they've got that warm taste knowing they haven't been bought in. Really friendly staff who add to the lovely experience.
