Good value hotel, well placed in the town. Quite a small car park but they reimburse cost of P&D next door.
All of the staff (and there are plenty of them) were clearly well trained and very attentive at all times. Check in staff were very welcoming and efficient and helped with our luggage.
We dined in the hotel both nights and had an enjoyable meal each time.
The menu wasn't that extensive, but food good. Breakfast is freshly cooked to order not the usual buffet bun fight.
Room was very comfortable with all usual features. Very comfortable bed with loads of pillows. Shower very good indeed.
Altogether a very good stay.

I had my wedding dinner and evening drinks at the Falcon in October, it was a relatively small wedding, however, the staff made me feel so important whilst arranging the wedding. Nothing was too much trouble for them and everything i asked for, they were able to do. The room set up was perfect, the food was incredible, the staff were kind, efficient & catered my wedding perfectly. I can give nothing but praise for the service I received. Family stayed in the rooms which are STUNNING and well worth the price breakfast was also absolutely delicious. I can not recommend them enough. A special shout out to Lily, even with last minute changes she was understanding & an absolute gem! Thank you so so much for making my wedding so special

Hey guys ||Just wanted to take a minute to applaud you all on your efforts for making our Xmas party a fantastic evening! ||From checking in to checking out we permanently had a smile on our faces! ||There was simple nothing any of you could have done to make our stay any more enjoyable! ||You guys nailed everything, huge compliments to the chef at dinner and breakfast, best breakfast I've ever had! Spent 2 nights at the falcon hotel a couple of weeks ago, what a great find. Excellent hotel, lovely room, very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were all friendly and attentive. It was my birthday and they really went the extra mile. We will go back and we highly recommend

We held a birthday party here with quite a large number of guests and I can honestly say that we all had a fantastic time. This was all organised with Lily, who thought of everything that we needed. But all the staff, from the reception to the waitresses to everyone else were amazing. Everyone we dealt with were exceptionally friendly and helpful. |The food and service could not have been better and every single guest had a delicious meal.|Breakfast next morning was just as good|The rooms were warm and comfortable and sparkling clean.|And it was all with very little effort on our part!

My husband and I had our wedding reception in this wonderful hotel. From start to finish the staff, food and service were absolutely fantastic. We cannot fault anything and it was more than we ever expected. Lily and Anjali were especially amazing, they made the day exactly how we wanted it, nothing was ever too much! They really gave a personal touch and made us feel so special.

Amazing Sunday Roast here today, what really made it though was how attentive and knowledgeable the staff were. From wines served to showing us around the hotel. We will definitely be returning 5*

A brilliant weekend with our family celebrating our wedding weekend with everyone. ||From start to finish the staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating to our families which included elderly and disabled family members who were royally looked after. ||The breakfast was lovely, flexible and plentiful.||We'd like to say a special thankyou to Ingrid who was superb throughout the whole process, right from the initial booking, recommending the appropriate rooms for the appropriate guests, help with taxis and logistics - nothing was too much trouble and we'd highly recommend the venue to others looking to stay, eat or or just passing. 5/5 we'll be back! ||Mr and Mrs Flowers
