It's a nice new hotel. The location was good, and we got a room upgrade, which was very nice. The price is very reasonable for what it is. There is some parking in the area very close to the hotel, and it’s perfectly possible, but as with most Cambridge, they prefer public transport. Breakfast was good. I thoroughly recommend this place.

Comfortable room. Clean. Little out of town. Service good. Food good. Staff very friendly and helpful. When booked bill stated price was £89:25 including VAT However card charged £105 receptionist was very helpful when this was pointed out the following morning and agreed to make enquiries on my behalf and get back to me. I have yet to hear from company to discuss the reason for the overpayment. But guessing this may take a couple of days.

Quiet hotel about 1.5 - 2 miles north of the city center with some conveniences in close walking distance (Sainsbury's, pubs etc). Nicely appointed, comfortable and spacious room (I had one of the larger upgraded King bed rooms on floor 3), everything was very clean. Efficient (if sometimes somewhat reserved) service. It was a little odd that there seem to be tables, but no working desks in the rooms. Easy parking in underground garage. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again during future trips.

Fabulous value for money. Rooms are extremely spacious, spotlessly clean, and the staff were excellent. Our Room, 3011, was super quiet. Bathroom was very good. Great cafe on site, restaurant also. Parking is underground at an extra cost. The hotel also gives you a free bus pass into Cambridge free of charge. Very good location when driving as the M11 is very close by. Cambridge city centre only 10 mins away. Overall we would definitely stay again.

Great hotel, with very attentive staff. Good location and parking available. Dog friendly too. Rooms spacious and very clean. Fresh milk in the room fridge was a bonus. We enjoyed our stay and will visit again. Highly recommend this hotel to tourists as well as business visitors.

We've stayed here several times now. Always has been excellent, and very good value for the quality. My wife lost an earing falling down a plughole and the hotel arranged for it to be promptly retrieved by maintenance which was a great relief. The bar is lovely for a drink and the breakfast was very good. Stylish and well equipped rooms that are very clean.

This is a fairly new Hotel with large room and bathroom. We stayed for 2 nights and our room was very comfortable, the team members were very friendly.|Parking on premises was easy.|The Hotel is only a short bus ride to the centre of Cambridge and it was great to escape the crowds after a day of sightseeing to the comfort of the Hotel.|We only dined for breakfast and enjoyed the variety of products available.|Very comfortable hotel away from the crowds.|Thank you for a very comfortable stay.|Ali

Had a stay at the Hyatt for a night out in Cambridge and was really impressed!! Kim and Arthur were absolutely lovely during check in, and when we went back with a few questions. Couldn’t have been more helpful, extremely friendly and just a real credit to Hyatt!
Room was immaculate. Looking forward to staying again soon!
