20 minutes walk from the city. Extremely quiet with plenty of parking available. The staff are extremely helpful. The lady in charge, despite training new staff members, was never too busy to offer help and went out of her way to polite. Our room was clean and spacious. Three perfect nights sleep. What more could you ask for.

As a basic hotel where I wanted simply bed and breakfast with the option of an evening drink, it met my needs. However, there were a number of small issues which given the price I would not expect to find (no BBC channels on TV as an example). Also the closure of the Beefeater means that the atmosphere in the restaurant is rather sad albeit I only had a drink there. Overall I feel I am seeing a steady decline in the appeal of Premier Inn hotels. On a positive note though all the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful; they tried very hard to please.

Monica on was a great help on reception very happy to help. Helpful to get extra drinks for the room and extra towels and making my room was cleaned throughout my stay. I would stay here again and recommend it for anybody wanting to be able to get into Cambridge City Centre.

This hotel delivers good value for money. The room was larger than i expected, and everything was clean and tidy. The staff were attentive and always ready to help. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and everything cooked to perfection.

I stayed here overnight before an early appointment at a nearby hospital and chose it for the car parking and reasonable price for a booking shortly before the stay. It was, however, the bast night's sleep I'd had in ages and I was very happy with it. Great welcome at reception, super room with bath.

Lovely staff. Great breakfast with hot food cooked to order, not a buffet. Rooms are usual Premier Inn high standard but disappointing not to have a bath. Well located to walk or bus into town. Free parking and enough of it.

Arrived a little early for check in and receptionist just said “ your early, there is a £10 early check in” when “ that’s ok I’ll wait in restaurant”. Her response was “the restaurant is closed until 6”. She didn’t really know the area where I could get a bite to eat and a coffee. Definitely needs to be trained a bit better. ||Had to ask for duvet cover to be changed as there were brown stains on it. |The bathroom sink kept filling up when used as draining was very slow. |You had to keep your hand on flush all the time for it to flush the toilet. ||People in restaurant weee polite and helpful.

We decided on this venue for our one night stay as it had free parking and was only a 10 minute bus ride from the city centre with a bus stop right outside. Yes, it was tired with things not working properly ( bulbs in lamps, TV remote control), and no phones in room to contact reception if need be, but what saved it for us, was the evening ‘meal deal’ for £10 each which included any main course and any drink ( we had a large wine each- £9.35 each , alone!) and either a starter or dessert…you can’t go wrong! Food was absolutely fine as was the breakfast the next morning where you could make it as large and as hearty you liked! You’ll pay a lot more in the city centre and be lucky to have parking options!
